This is the nicest motel I have stayed in in a long time. The price was good, the staff very friendly, the room was large, beds comfortable, pool and hot tub very clean and nice, it has a small gym and the breakfast had lots of variety and the food was delicious. I can't say how much I enjoyed our stay after a long day of driving. Wonderful experiene.

This hotel seemed new. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were not too hard or soft and had down duvets. Breakfast included hot items - eggs, sausage, potatoes. Parking is free, and the hotel was easy to find. Our only problem was there were no roll away cots allowed. We did not know this in advance, and my daughter had to sleep on a chair/bench contraption because an extra bed was not allowed. We did not exceed the number allowed in the room, just have one family member who needs their own bed.

let voicemail ane 3 messages for manager. he never contacted me.

Nice Hotel, close to campus, good breakfast, nice pool and whirlpool, good price. I would recommend and stay again,

My husband & I had a 3 night stay at the Tunnel Rd/ Downtown Asheville Country Inns & Suites over the Thanksgiving week- visiting our daughter who lives in Asheville. The hotel served our purposes perfectly It was convenient to her home in Chun's Cove-and the Biltmore & downtown attractions. We found the lodging most comfortable, roomy, with a well fitted breakfast bar, and a welcoming indoor pool and hot tub spa. We would certainly consider staying here on our return visits to Asheville.

Not customer service oriented. Not willing to work with customers. Unfair experience and I'll consider other hotels next time.

I will never stay here or any of the hotel brand. Poor customer service and and unreasonable staff decisions being made.

Small hotel, very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast and swimming pool a real plus.

Great location. Close to restaurants and Mall. Friendly staff.

Stay was ok hotel is a little dated but clean. A/C was a little noisy however overall stay was fine.

Would diffinately recommend this motel. Very clean and good variety for breakfast

Comfortable bed.. Modern furnishings, good breakfast

This hotel is nestled in a very cozy area with lots of places to eat within walking distance. It's prices are reasonable and the free breakfast is good enough to spend your money for other things, like Biltmore and other area attractions well worth the stay

Roger was most helpful and courteous, he in the evening and then the morning shift made my stay hassle free

Great stay and good price. I would stay here agAin

Enjoyed our (2) nights @ the Country Inn...very comfortable, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, good breakfast and good location for our excursions...would certainly stay there again on future visits to Asheville.

Two adults and toddler stayed for three nights. We made use of the pool and jacuzzi and hot breakfast daily. Pool was in excellent condition and perfectly maintained. Plenty of fresh pool towels available. It is a small 3'-5' deep pool, but was perfect for us with a little one. Not a good lap pool though. Breakfast had numerous choices: omlets or scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, make your own waffles, bananas and apples, yogurt, muffins, pastries, English muffins, toast, cereals, skim and 2 milk, juice, etc. All staff was courteous and inconspicuous but available. Room was immaculate and included extra blankets and pillows! Rooms block noise well. The hotel was full for Thanksgiving and we hardly heard anything. Beds were a but firm, but still comfortable. Free, speedy wifi. Small but ample flat screen tv. Good size mini fridge and microwave. We will be back.

nice hotel great location between the Biltmore and downtown.

Hotel was under construction. So pool was close and it was very loud

Hello Becca, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a four star review! We're very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us at the Country Inn & Suites. We're very sorry to hear your child had to sleep on a chair/bench contraption...hopefully our front desk offered you extra pillows and blankets! Unfortunately because of fire safety codes roll-away beds aren't allowed in our rooms. We hope to see you again!

We are sorry for the inconvenience you incurred at the hotel regarding housekeeping service. The Front Desk Manager mentioned in the conversation she had with you. That the room had a DND (Do Not Disturb) sign on the door. We are not allowed to enter rooms that have Do Not Disturb signs.
