Appartamento Chiarastella is an elegant and comfortable apartment in a villa located in a residential area just a few steps from the majestic sandy beach of Ascea Marina. At only 180 meters we have the sea and about 500 meters restaurants and pizzerias. The house is certainly the ideal destination for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant seaside stay just a few steps from the sea and is located on the first floor of the villa which is accessed via an external staircase and offers the availability of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette equipped; three seater sofa, table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, safe. A beautiful terrace fully equipped with outdoor furniture and curtains guarantee the necessary fresh air and the possibility of an outdoor breakfast. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, together with a modern bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine that complete the sleeping area. The villa is immersed in an oasis of greenery, surrounded by oleanders, mulberries, cocos, palms, roses and local vegetation. The parking space is inside the property.
