Overall, property and room is very nice. May have received a room upgrade but not sure as room is nice and has a balcony. Only issue is that the towels were very new and full of lint. Not good for two hairy guys . . .

Staff refused to aid in recovering left item. They had no telephone English and hung up several times rather than try to help. Hotel under heavy construction that was not disclosed. It was a mess.
Restaurant good was fabulous! Breakfast good, dinner excellent. Great location —near metro stop and rail station.
The hotel location is perfect for train travelers. Very clean and nice roof top restaurant and bar.
I did not stay at this property. I had a medical emergency and had to cancel my entire European vacation. This is the only hotel that DID NOT refund my money at all. They kept the full amount and on top of that my friend I was going to traveling with went on the trip and rebooked there in his name and they still didn't give me a refund. Shameful

The hotel was very clean, modern and had nice amenities (we really enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop). We also really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
