Beautiful beaches, impossible to get an umbrella or hut UNLESS you get up at 4 a.m. on your vacation. Be prepared to pay $40.00 a day to rent an umbrella...a must to sit on the beach..

Holiday inn resorts was excellent would definitely stay again

The food was great The staff was a lil slow but overall great place U would visit again

Excellent Condition Excellent Service Excellent Food

Better beds. Carpet looks like is 100 years old in the rooms. Need a fresh coat of paint. Service was good. Would probably go back

Everything is very convenient could use a facelift though

We had a great time on our trip. The resort had so many things to do and the staff was amazing.

We have been to several all inclusive. They all suffer from the same things normally, not enough wait staff for the beach and the beach bars. That is pretty much the only complaint I have for the Holiday Inn AI Aruba. Food was excellent!!!! One restaurant has a different theme every night and we loved the taco Tuesday with build your own taco bar. The sea breezes is a little more upscale and has lots of steak and sea food on the menu. Drinks weren't the normal watered down stuff u get at an all inclusive you could actually taste the alcohol. The staff was amazing if wanted or needed something all you had to do was ask .and they could either get it for you or tell you where you can find it.Beach is absolutely awesome. There is so much to do right there and most of the snorkeling and sunset cruises take off from the Piers on either side of the hotel. Rooms are decent. Basic hotel room nothing fancy.Bed was awesome!!! So comfortable and good quality sheets(at least 600 tc) I will be definitely staying here when we come back to Auba

nothing bad to say- awesome food and drinks- cannot wait to go back

Food is good. Very clean beach and water. Will definitely recommend this resort.

Nothing unique! not impressed at all. I learned that inclusive is not exclusive! Which made it confusing and completely unoraganized! I was left to figure most of information my own!

The staff was attentive to our needs up in the room with a broken door handle that led to the balcony. Everyone was friendly. The beach was a bit dirty

Wonderful staff!! Everyone was so nice! We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary - The Holiday Inn Aruba was our honeymoon spot-So it was so nice to return after all these years. Thank you for all you did!

The linens (beddings & towels need to be washed & dried better — a couple of our pillows & bath towels smelled bad. Elevator needs to modernized a bit - too small for all the guests!

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Room was adequate and quiet. Carpet was worn but otherwise fine.
