In fenced plot is located this house in a beautiful landscape. The urbanization is located south and further north you have a fantastic view of the adjacent fields. In the distance you can admire the famous city of Ronda and the magnificent mountain range. This vacation home is decorated to the smallest detail and some of the furnishings are made by the owner himself. The accommodation has a great pool, a paid hot tub (July-August) and covered veranda with garden furniture for outdoor relaxation. Pets on request.

Nice property, good location

Great location for visiting Ronda and some of the Pueblos Blancos in the region. The house was very clean. As we were visiting in November, sometimes the house was a bit chilly, especially the bathrooms that had no form of heating in them. Small reasonably equipped kitchen though no oven. Lots of barking dogs in the area and the (infrequent) trains could be quite loud. Easily walkable to Arriate for supermarkets, butcher, baker etc. Nice setting with views of fields & mountains.

BonjourCela fait plusieurs années que je loue part votre site et jamais de soucis .mais cette année extrêmement déçu Notre séjour n'a pas était des plus agréable .La maison à coté était en travaux la première semaine réveillé a 8h30 part marteau piqueur jusqu'a 14h30 et deuxième semaine réveillé a la même heure part une grosse bétonnière .Piscine entouré de vigne ceux qui fait que nous étions envahis de guêpes et abeilles nous avons était piqué plusieurs reprise pour vous donné un exemple 63 guêpes tué en 30 mn Nous avons envoyé des messages aux propriétaire pour autre raison ,nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse total ignorance. Vraiment aucune communication Dans le descriptif de la location il et bien stipuler climatisation , ce qui et faut juste au rez de chaussée ,pas de clim dans les chambres , ce qui et le plus important en Espagne Nous avons eu chaud pour dormir .Dans le descriptif également jacuzzi ,mais inutilisable Voici ce que je pense de cette location pour ma part aucune recommandation positif

Villa en bois atypique, avec piscine privée ... idéale en famille pour passer de bonnes vacances

Petite maison atypique en bois avec un super jardin et une piscine privée dans un endroit calme et paisible le seul bémol la literie n’est pas faite pour les grandes personnes

Caita en Arriate

This is an amazing house, with all mod cons. The pool is fantastic and the cleanest I have seen. Very comfortable inside and outside. The house is in a great position for exploring the area. Ronda is just 10 mins drive away. Arriate is a 10mins walk away, Setenil de Las Bodegas roughly 15 mins away. So many interesting, beautiful places to visit within a few minutes away. The drive from Malaga is such an easy drive too. The village of Arriate is extremely friendly and had everything you could possibly need. We had a fabulous week here and will be returning too!
