Aged facility but okay for traveling stop.

The property is very unkempt. Scratched up furniture, and the jacuzzi had caulk or patch marks (or something). Left within the first 30 minutes and am in the process of trying to hopefully getting a refund. Do not rent

Quality Inn had an antique feel to it, but yet was really clean and had a very homey feel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The phone in the room didn't work and we were missing the TV remote. It is just an older facility that hasn't been kept up very well.

We immediately changed rooms because there were hairs on the pillows. The front desk made the adjustment very quickly, which we appreciated, but the 2nd room was nearly as dirty. The floor had crumbs and one of the bed sheets had very visible stains. We were not comfortable for the 5 hours we were there

The overall value for the stay was great. I was a little aggravated that checkout is set at 11 and i was disturbed at 10 am by the housekeepers attempting to rush me out early.

The heated pool was a really nice plus to this property as well as the friendliness of the staff.

The parking lot was nicely paved. The pictures were probably taken when the hotel was new. We went as a group several switched rooms. They were not clean and smelled of smoke in non smoking rooms.

Staff was very friendly, however, other guests were extremely loud all night, coming and going from their rooms and the side door. At 1, 3 and 6 am we were awakened by loud voices, slamming doors and at the 3am time, someone jumping in the room above us. Our room was clean, but no ironing board and broken iron. Bed was comfy and sheets were soft and we were pleased to see that mattresses had bed-bug and allergen protective covers. This is a great room for the price in a great location near shopping and highways. This is our third time staying here and the only time we have had trouble with such loud guests

Check in was long, our bed sheets were dirty, stains in the carpet, toilet didn’t flush, and they only had muffins and cereal for breakfast.

The building is old!!! Whatever they clean the tile floors in the rooms was very sticky. You could see the wipe marks on headboards, TV.; The room was not cleaned on the second stay.

It was nice but we had the covid19 scare so it wasn't a normal stay..and the fire alarm was acting up...you couldn't hear it very well in the room

I enjoy the reasonable price and convenient location of this hotel and the staff is very nice, however, my room was not as nice and clean this stay as the last time I stayed here. There was hair in the shower area and sink and some of the furniture in the room was in poor repair.
