Property was a mess. Was doing renovations and everything was a mess. Spa didn't work. Exercise room was closed. They should of closed down until work was do e.

The spa tub in room was nasty. I took a bath and it had slime and filth coming out of the jets where it hasn’t been properly cleaned. Also there was a roach bug in bathroom
FURNITURE A LITTLE TATTERED. MOLD IN THE BATHROOM SHOWER. NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. WENT TO EAT BREAKFAST. THE ATTENDANT WAS TOO BUSY WATCHING TV AND FORGOT TO GET THE EGGS AND BACON READY. EGGS AND BACON WERE NOT GOOD. EGGS TASTED LIKE STARCH AND BACON WAS UNDERCOOKED. FOR THE PRICE AND THE FACT THAT THERE IS A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM, THEY NEED TO UPDATE THE HOTEL AND DO A BETTER JOB AT THE FOOD.
The aor conditioner soak the floor and it stunk so bad. The overall condition of the room was on par with motel 6
The hotel is out of date and old. Many areas need paint and things are broken. The whirlpool was broken during our stay. The hotel was very small. The carpet in the room was stained. The air conditioner in the room could not keep the room cool.
The breakfast was awesome the lobby was cozy feeling upon entering. The young lady that at the service desk was very polite and professional. I didnt like the elevators it seem a bit small n tight. Didnt care for the small fitness center.
Overall I did not like the hotel at all, it smell all of the time and the room was not clean at all, dirt on the bed post, night stand and in the corners.

Good location. Hotel had a weird smell and toilet seat was from the 80’s, nicely worn down.
Most of the electrical sockets didn’t work. Coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and we weren’t left new soap but old ones were removed. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told there weren’t any but we were given this very holy blanket that was in bad shape. We have used this hotel every year for years but no more. Facilities were very lacking.
The room was bad shape. We discussed this with man in charge of Maintenance (Robert?), who fixed the substance on the wall, but did not fix the drain in the shower nor the Mold on the tub. I have taken pictures of the tub if you would like to see. I felt dirtier after the shower then before. Front desk did not respond to our request to clean! The 4th floor was under construction and and had dust, trash throughout most of the hallways and especially leading out of several rooms. The action plan to renovate was not disclosed to us as we stayed. We did not use the room during day time so construction process/noise wasn't an issue but cleanliness did impact our stay! WILL not stay an WIngate again. Choose this brand as I am Property owner with Wyndham...very disappointing! Disgusted!
