This property was Absolutely Beautiful! From the large rooms with the volcano view, to the countless number of hot springs. You were able to see the Amazing view of the Arenal Volcano from just about everywhere at this resort. Highly recommended!
This hotel was amazing. Beautiful views, clean bedrooms that face the volcano arenal that anyone will love. simply amazing service❤️This is my second time staying here and will definitely do it again in the future. There’s three restaurants on sight and and two large pool areas and so many thermal water areas as well as jacuzzis. There is definitely options. What I really loved was that everything was at the resort from restaurants to bars, games, water slide and excursions. The only thing is that the Resort is three hours away from the airport, but it’s worth it promise! Just make sure to take medication for motion sickness if you do get car sick and you will be just fine.
I LOVE THIS PLACE . FORM THE STAFF, TO THE GROUNDS, THE SERVICE . IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST RESORTS I HAVE EVER VISITED. THE LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL WITH AMAZING VIEWS OF THE VOLCANO FROM EVERY DIRECTION. THE LOCATION AS FAR AS VISITING THE WATERFALL IN LA FORTUNA AND THE HANGING BRIDGES WAS SO CONVENIENT. AND IF YOU WANT TO GO ON THE RIVER AND HORSEBACK RIDING, ROCK CLIMBING, TUBING, ECT ALL IN THE RESORT!! I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. IT WAS A TREAT , THE SPA WAS AMAZING AS WELL AND THE FOOD WAS 5 STARS!!!
This property was breath taking from the volcano view , hot springs, restaurants, monkey slide, resort excursions, and the staff. I am definitely going to do another trip in the future.

This property was Paradise! The hot springs were amazing. Club Rio was a blast. The concierge team was too notch. Also, the service we received was top notch.
We loved every thing about the property. The hot springs pools were amazing. The only bad thing is the ride from the airport. It’s takes 2.5 hours to get there by car. I recommend the helicopter ride instead.
This place is gorgeous! Photos don't do it justice. Both the property and the views were amazing. Also the unexpected free laundry facility near our room was so helpful in the rainforest. Meals were all delicious. Staff was everything we could ask for.
By far the best hotel in Arenal! The springs are amazing , and so much to do for couples or for families with kids . The staff is super accommodating. We will definitely be back!
This hotel is amazing the staff the rooms this is my third time here and I love it the only thing the breakfast is the same breakfast everyday they have to change a little bit the breakfast
