I had a really good stay! Very large rooms and had everything I needed. The breakfast was pretty decent daily. I will say the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The location is very good the hotel and staff are average.
The staff at the front desk were friendly with checkin and check out. When we got to our room it had a weird smell (kind of a combination of chlorine from a pool and staleness). We turned the air on and we dont know if that helped or we just got used to it. Couldnt keep the air at a steady temp throughout the night - we'd either be sweating under the covers or freezing from it being so cold. One person in our group found a few black hairs in the bathroom that were not ours. The continential breakfast had a really good selection and was pretty tasty and the location was convenient to downtown Asheville (10 to 15 min drive). Not bad for a 1 night stay while driving thru.
