I loved staying at the Ace Hotel. My trip was a full 7 nights, and all throughout I found the staff very accommodating and the location convenient to a variety of places that I needed to visit. If you are going for work, it also has a few places just within the lobby that you can work from -- which I found to be very convenient.

Very polite and accommodating staff. It was a pleasure staying there.

My friends and I were very surprised and thrilled by the place. Very good quality/price. great place and great venue.

Great spot off the beaten path in a happening neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants, shoppes and things to do, and very accessible by public transportation.

I can honestly say that this hotel is the best hotel experience I've had my hole life. Its real modern look plus the day to day things going on in the hotel are a plus. The staff is beyond anything I ever experienced. By the time I left I could call most of them my family. The bar, the restaurant, and the coffee are awesome! If you feel like dancing, then go to the basement to Miranda and you will have a great time. Even if you did not leave the hotel there's many things to do. Thigs are a bit pricey but I believe its worth making yourself part of this great multinacional community.

Minimal, yet comfortable. Industrial. Masculine. Turn table in room with great LP'/s for you to play. Full dumbbell set in gym. Café downstairs serves coffee of the highest quality. Neighborhood hit the mark too. Great restaurants nearby. Can't wait to return.

Ace hotels have never let me down and this hotel is no different. Rooms offer decent space, the lobby has High speed internet and space to just get some work done. If you're looking to stay in Shoreditch and can catch the Ace at a good rate, it's a no-brainer.

Hotel is fancy, but room cleaning service wasn;t good.

Booked a stay because my host recommended it as being conveniently located for my business trip, and had no idea what I was getting into. Didn't realize I'd be in a hotel designed by the hipster artisans of Ello.com :) Great on most fronts, except in a couple of areas where the focus on the design and aesthetics made things a bit uncomfortable. For example, the enamel mugs for coffee, while charming and in harmony with the decor, get uncomfortably hot. Also, for this price, I'd expect a better coffee-maker. I booked a room with a desk, but what I got was a round table somewhere between a kitchen table and a coffee table, with a non-swivel chair -- not as functional as just a regular rectangular desk with a swivel chair. But these were relatively minor. Overall, great experience.

Perfect balance btn modern & classic, chic & hip, natural & designed. Great for city folks. Can't necessarily sit at the bar by yourself, but tons of people watching on the busier nights if you can grab a corner to yourself. Met some lovely strangers. Had a couple great meals. Super fast room service. Rooms here are larger than the other Ace hotels. Compliments to the staff.

Easy check-in. Large room with comfortably sized bathroom. Great extra space with table and sofa bench. Key is the location. Close to great dining in Shoreditch. Not too far from public transportation either.

Known for their great taste, and quality service, I was expecting nothing short of excellent, and that's what I got! They have a really friendly staff, stylish rooms, and amazing food. And to top it off, it's in a really trendy neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
