the location was good and the room was fine but the dining room was in need of a really good clean. We went bed and breakfast but most people were all-inclusive. The food they piled on their plates and left was a disgrace and the clearing up took far to long. Had to wait for plates and cups and tea, coffee and milk needed to be re-filled far more often. The pool looked lovely but the edges are in need of repair. We had to wait about an hour to book in, as their was only one member of staff on duty and quite a queue. But the hotel is in a good location, near the beach and marina.

A truly disastrous hotel. The building itself and the surroundings are very good. Nice sandy beach and beautiful little marina and this is the only positive thing about MARINA PLAZA hotel. The rooms are OK, spacious but the cleaning should be better. The biggest disappointment is the restaurant. Unsupported tables, inconsequential lines, even for water. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and the menu was the same for all time: chicken, rice and beans for lunch and dinner and breakfast without any variation. The breakfast also had the omelet station, but had to wait for 15-20 minutes for two eggs, so we did not have the pleasure to try. One morning I decided to stop in the row of pancakes and after 15 minutes of patience waiting in order I got a half-battered dough that could not be eaten.We have many times experienced that the food simply disappears, then we are forced to wait for the chef to find out and bring something out of cuisine. For the past few years we stayed in all-inclusive hotels and this was the first time we had to buy food and drinks outside the hotel. Obviously, the administration of the hotel misunderstood the all-inclusive concept. I pointed out that the beach is beautiful but I should mention that there is not enough sun beds. There are very few of them and those on the beach are mostly broken. If you want sun bed you have to be on the beach about 6 am and reserve it. You can not get a drink on the beach because the bars on the beach belong to other hotels. We chose the Marina Plaza Hotel because it belongs to the Swiss Belhotel hotel chain from which we had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, this positive experience has been cleared after staying in Tala Bay, Marina Plaza. Unfortunately for the hotel because it is located in a pretty nice location and is relatively new. I hope that management will deal with these problems because we are not the only guests with negative experience.

The resort is really great .. but the weather was very hot I would recommend visiting it in winter it will be amazing .. its amazing hotel we are enjoying our time and I give everyone the advice to go and try it peacefull and lovely place Thanks Marina Plaza

It's was really nice trip, from deat see to Agaba, I was in Marina plaza first time and I like it so much! nice food and room, good staff, and amazing animation time!!! They make happy us every day) Special Vita she come to us every day thank for this also)

It wasn't a good experience .. it lacks minimum needs .. didnt meet our expectations. No clean rooms , bad service ,high prices ,bad room furniture,no channels on tv . It was bad decision to come here .

Amazing hotel with great staff steam ❤️ I recommend it to everyone. Also many activities to do with the art team. And great food in the restaurant and good transportation to aqaba city. I will go again

I would like to thank all the staff who was helpful it was good holiday and the rooms it’s so clean and the food also was very tasty and the animation team they are so amazing we played with them a lot and them show was great specially ( Yana & Nastya & Vita ) thank you so much I will come back again soon.

From the reviews I read and heard about this hotel I had high expectations. However, this hotel which shows high potential and can be much more than it is leaves you with a sense of disappointment. I reached earlier (at 2 pm) than the check in time(3 pm) and it took me almost 40 minutes to even get to the reception counter. It is an extremely small area and there were lots of people and there was no queue system. If you are loud, boisterous and made a noise you got attention and were served first. When I finally got to the counter I was greeted very politely and attended to and given my room within a few minutes. The bellboys and quite a few staff there seemed too young to be working. The room was fairly spacious and had a decent view of the marina and the sea beyond. The towels were ready only after a few hours of check in. The housekeeping staff politely told me I would get it by 4 pm but however nothing came till I had to go down to the reception to request for the same. No one answered the telephone at the operator or front desk number. The swimming pool was too tiny and over crowded. Breakfast was a decent fare The staff were all polite and courteous but seemed so tired and overwhelmed with the crowds. Probably being the long weekend and the hotel was full. The marina and the beach close by are very nice and there are some very good restaurants by the seaside. The hotel was definitely crowded and busy and probably why they are ignoring the small thing which impact the guest experience.... What could have been a great experience but alas....

The hotel knew better days and needs serious renovation, some of the staff are young rude boys (one of them is about 15 years old) and they were hitting on the girls! The most annoying thing is that we needed to order room service 2 times Knowing that only 5 hotel rooms were occupied the second most annoying thing were the garpage cans (attached images), they were full of food for 3 full days and no one bothered to clean them off or empty them while the cats and flies were everywhere around them!

Best hotel ever ❤️❤️ especially the guys who working in this hotel they are funny and they helped me as they can, i liked the party which they invite me to it,they have a delicious food on the breakfast and the dinner,I would love to thank all of them ❤️
