Dirty wrinkled carpet in room. Dirty shower curtain. Small shower head that barely produced water. Didn't make my room 1 of 4 days. Strange people workin from desk wearing flannel shirt. Looked like they just came off the street

Staff was pleasant, facility terrible. The TV /cable did not work. Room was freezing no blanket, breakfast a joke.

We enjoyed, the stsy and the morning walki here. The breakfast timing was great,

The hotel was hard to find even with GPS. The staff was not very helpful. The room was not very clean or tidy, it had a strange smell and sheets were inside out and ripped. The whole hotel was very outdated and run down. Definitely not worth the price paid to stay.

No wifi and no one at front desk make any attempt to resolve. Noisy and uncomfortable beds. Pillows ok. Minimal everything else. Construction made access to motel difficult. Should have some notifications in online promo. No I would not stay there again nor would I recommend. Was there for the EAA Airshow and housing is always at a premium.

Walking into the lobby my first thought was, oh no, the air conditioner is broken. The lobby and hallways are just not air conditioned apparently. Our room was missing the mirror in the room, with only the screws on the wall. The carpeting was old, with ripples and maybe not so clean and/or stained in places. I didn't get down and look closely, because I didn't want to know! The mattress was very, very hard, which was uncomfortable and caused achy backs. Maybe ok for a one night stay, but we stayed three nights. There is a water drainage issue in the parking lot, with standing water in several most convenient spaces.

Sheets were so worn through u could see the mattress. Carpet torn and "patched" and the place smells funky.

The first day the sink fell apart in one of the rooms. Maint was suppose to fix it but ended up it took to long for him to fix so someone else did. I asked for more towels and they came into my room and took all of them and never replaced them. So I had no towels. Went back to lay down for awhile and the housekeepers kids were running up and down on that floor. You had to ring a bell to get the front desk attention, sometimes you would wait 10minutes before anybody came. I will never stay at another microtel agIn

Wireless: had to call down and have them reset the routers twice so that anyone could connect. A/C unit not working correctly although we were not too hot. Advertised fridge in room...we did not have one...lived with ice in the cooler. Found empty water bottle in drawers...otherwise clean room. Told them we had family of four. Only three sets of towels in the room...had to go ask. Finding the driveway to this one was difficult...no signage on how to get to the service drive entrance. Owner/manager (not the person I spoke with) was in the background and very grumpy; never a smile for anyone. On the plus side we slept ok and the bathroom was good. Basic but good. So if all you need is a place to sleep cheap...not bad...just don't expect any extras.

Hotel and staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Located right off xpressway

Several things were disappointing. One day they left no wash cloths in the bathroom. Another day they didn't leave hair shampoo or bar soap or the bath mat. On the third day the lights wouldn't work so we had to move to another room. This room didn't have a refrigerator and they were not going to bring me one. I specifically only go to hotels that have a refrigerator in them. The full breakfast they state online is really basic like toast, toaster waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal. No fruit or anything else. I don't consider that a full breakfast choice. I would not go there again.

We were in town for a big volleyball tournament, and we chose the microtel because of its affordable price and the pictures looked okay. Overall it was a positive experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The front desk worker only gave us 2 extra towel because our room has 2 beds... And the room only came with 1 towel (4 guests) which I thought was strange. Also the TV only had 1 working channel.

Rooms were clean but a little out dated. But for the price you get what u pay for. They could use sum new TV s . Their idea of a breakfast is lacking.

Very disappointed for a Whyndam hotel. I assumed with the name Whyndam I would be getting quality. I did not and will never stay at a Microtel again.

This hotel was far from our best stay. The room was small, but that would have been ok if it had been in superior condition. The refrigerator had broken exterior parts. There was a lot of hair in the shower and bathroom in general. The spa facility was small, dimly lit, and not that clean. There were no towels in the spa area, and when we asked for some, the attendant had trouble finding three clean towels. The breakfast was extremely basic. On the flip side, we did not expect to have a fridge in our room, so having one was a nice surprise. We paid a lot for the room; EAA Airventure was in town. Maybe we should have driven the extra hour and paid for the extra gas.

Hotel kept us out of the rain and nothing more. Room carpet was quite dirty and the continental breakfast hardly qualified as a light snack. Hotel location was only outstanding feature.

The location was good but the room was dirty, the lights flickered, & the TV's sound and picture went in & out. The first room I checked into looked as though the bed hadn't been made, there was make up on the pillow, & some hairs in the sheets. I called the front desk and explained I didn't think my room had been cleaned and I wanted to switch to another. The new room was worse than the first. The bed had more hair in it than the first and when I turned the heat on it smelled like urine. Luckily, they let me switch back to my first room. I was on a trip for business and had been looking forward to winding down in the evening and watching some TV. My favorite show was on and I was extremely disappointed as the TV's picture and sound cut in and out so much I missed half the show.

We were looking for something close to our destination for State Bowling Tournament and it fit. Not exactly on a major road for access but only 2 blocks from lanes and right off the express way. Everything was just average here, Continental Breakfast (avg), Rooms (avg, but quiet), Staff was friendly, TV in room need upgrading (sub avg), price (avg). Not sure when the last time our room saw a coat of paint was. Overall cleanliness of room was good though inspite of the wall issue. Other than what I saw here I have been in worse places for more $$$ so I would stay there again if in area.

Night shift staff on the first day was polite and helpful. Second day shift staff and night staff were a little rude. Had a hot tub in a small room and a few basic items in a fitness area but nothing special. No Pool. Not very clean in any of the areas. looked liked the would wipe surfaces but no real cleaning was done. Was in a non smoking room that had cigarette burns and stains everywhere. Was not impressed. If you are just looking for somewhere to crash for a night this place would be okay. I would not recommend it if you are staying longer than a night though.

The rates here are cheap. You will not see large TVs, unlimited hot free breakfasts, or super nice carpet. If that is what you want, then look elsewhere. The rooms are worn, but not dirty. I cannot imagine a nicer place for the price. I would recommend to a friend given that they are not high maintenance.
