It sucked that I spoke with orbitz to make sure of 24 hour shuttle they said yes arrived at 12 am with two small children one sick no shuttle and waited one hour for a taxi that charged 20 dollars for a 5 minute ride .Not the hotels fault orbitz told assured me 24 hour service..

Great stay. Hotel in central location close to everything.

Had the ultimate experience with the snow falling when we were there.

Very friendly staff very nice room big pool small hot tub shower water wasn't hot that is only thing no big deal

The overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was very poor. We had a huge spider web on the lamp in the room and ants all over the floor in the bathroom. The pool area was absolutely disgusting, the hot tub was very dirty. The concrete in the pool area had what appeared to be water damaged and it was cracked rotted. I asked for fresh towels in place of maid service which was never provided.

We were in Appleton to check out Lawrence University. I was disappointed in the room. It smelled like cigarette smoke. ( A non-smoking room) I was told that it was a formerly a smoking room and the smell was lingering in the carpet & drapes. They were unable to give me a different room none were available.

I thought the hotel was clean, the room was better than I expected it to be. I really enjoyed staying here and will again.

Hotel was better than expected. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if in the area.

When I go to Appleton this is where I stay. There is a nice breakfast, staff was pleasant and helpful, Room smelled clean and fresh when we walked in. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much, but I am picky about my pillows. Nice pool and exercise room..

i was visiting my daughter, currently a college student in Appleton. We had a suite, so one of us could be sleeping in the bedroom, and the other working in the completely separate living room. We brought food in severak times, so the microwave and refrigerator were really helpful. The workout room was great, as was the variety of food for the free breakfast.

My grand son and I stayed there o be closed to location of where lion king was playing in downtown appleton however when I arrived and entered room I discovered some bugs n the room not for sure if it was from the water because there is an indoor pool which is not very clean however the next day I left my room to eat breakfast so I wanted to be sure that my bed Lenin was changed so I marked it with black marker each end of sheets in the eve when I was ready to sleep pulled sheets back they were not changed upon checking out I metiton it to the front desk never the less didnt really matter to her no concerned lots of noise in hall at night wasn't very pleasant

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was warm and plentiful. The pool is large and roomy. I would definately stay here again.

We were here on New Year's Eve - staying to lessen the drive to Lambeau for the Packer game on New Year's Day. We were pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. The hotel was pretty large, close to several restaurants, shopping, entertainment...whatever you'd choose to do. Good value for the rooms. Both rooms had small sitting areas and pull-out sofas in addition to the beds. Prices here were MUCH cheaper than anything closer to Green Bay. We will definitely stay here again before or after a game. My only recommendation to La Quinta would be to beef up their breakfast offerings. Not a lot to choose from, and we left hungry.

The hotel was very nice, much better than I expected, considering the low price. The pool area was spacious and clean and the buffet was bountiful.

After we checked in, we were surprised to find a layer of dust on the head board of the beds. A staff came and cleaned it after I complained to the front desk. It didn't look like the room was cleaned every day as the front desk claimed. At least, it wasn't clean up thoroughly.

Very nice place to stay

Used the pool, exercise room and breakfast buffet.

pleasantly surprised w/having a 2 room suite...great complimentary breakfast...kids LOVED the pool! However, cleaning staff not timely...our room was not cleaned yet at 4 p.m...little let down by that.

None

When I first got there the fridge was in the middle of the walk way in my room and they told me they would be right in to fix it. So I dropped my stuff off in the room and left for about 2 hours and when I got back they left my door wide open after they left from putting the fridge back. I was not very happy that they left the door open while i had all of my personal belongings in the room.
