house cleaning was horrible found gum stuck to our plastic ice bag container dust behind the bed and night stands.

It's a pretty old hotel. Our room had popcorn ceilings that are related to asbestos which my 10 year old nephew pointed out me. The shower's water pressure was really low with no ability to adjust the water stream. The bed was harder than I'm used to in hotels. Pillows were good. We had upgraded to an executive room to get a little more space and it was fairly spacious. The worst part was when I opened a drawer to unpack my clothes and found a pornographic magazine left behind by previous guest. Ewwww...that kind of gave me the creeps and I didn't want to use the drawers anymore. If the cleaning person didn't get rid of that what else did they not clean?

Was a pretty positive experience. Hotel is located right by the highway (so easy on and off). You do get some of that highway traffic noise. The 2nd night the elevator broken and wasn't fixed by the time we left. We were only on the 4th floor but had to use the stairs the rest of our stay. Didn't get to check out the restaurants in the hotel so I won't review them.

A very nice place to stay... Would recommend to anyone traveling to Appleton, Wisconsin

We got in late and went right to bed! We really didn't use any thing the hotel offered other than the bed and shower!

Twice the fire alarm went off right with the beginning of taking a shower. The help desk confined that this is a known issue 'in some of the rooms'. Needs fixing, really. All rest was very reasonable.

Have stayed before. Pleasant, clean A little bit pricey depending on the weekend . Will stay again

This hotel is located near the Outagamie airport just off I-41 at the Fox River Mall. It's 20 minutes from EAA in Oshkosh. There is a hotel shuttle which can drive you anywhere within a 2 mile radius, and it also goes to the airport. At the hotel are 2 restaurants, one that serves breakfast and a bar/grill that opens at 3 pm. There are also some good restaurants nearby--2 next door and 1 across the street. There is a guest laundry facility with one washer and one dryer that we found handy ($1.50 each to use# and a pool. The beds are double beds with spring coil mattresses. They were comfortable enough. The pillows were too high for sleeping on your back but okay for side sleeping. We had a refrigerator #noisy) and a microwave in our room. The Wi-Fi worked well and there is a business center available if you need to print anything. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.

The toilet didn't flush properly, had to hold it down manually. The sink would back up; had to run the tap slowly. The shower is kind of low. The shampoo and soap are harsh; dries out my skin. The wifi worked fine. A step above a motel.

Gave my children 19 and 17 hard time when checking in.Did not say anything about age requirements when they took money. Told my nineteen year old that they could stay but if they heard anything from them they would kick them out. Both my children are majors and were there for national civil air patrol Blue Beret. Very disappointed

I stayed there for a wedding event in Appleton. The room was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful and professional, the restaurant had a great breakfast and every thing went as planned. Was also the best value in the area. I would return.

Staff was friendly. Room was not as clean as I expected. Loved the location.

The hotel was beautiful and updated. Rooms were excellent sizes and we had everything we needed when we were there. I noticed they charged an extra $30 to my credit card two days after our stay and I KNOW we shouldn't have that so I am calling. That's my only complaint...the hotel itself was wonderful.

Average Holiday Inn. older building but kept up ok. Room was bland but clean. Room was not ready by check in time and breakfast was not included like many others. For the $12 it cost, It was nothing special. better off going down the street to Penaras or Denneys lots of food options around.

The room accommodations were fine: clean and orderly although a blanket would have helped. The bed had only a spread on it. The neighbors: not so much. Between a wedding party hooting and hollering on and off the elevator, back and forth to its room, and the kids' soccer teams running up and down the hall, it didn't quiet down until after 1:30 a.m.

The building was fine--but. There was a big loud wedding party there that night plus several hundred junior high soccer players!!! Couldn't get close to the pool because of the kids and there was still partying going on at 1:30 am. Must have been wedding people. So the cost of the room was over priced because of the environment that night. I've paid a lot less and had more enjoyable stays.

I'd say this place was just above average, which is good. My only gripes were that the wifi would get really really bogged down (thankfully, they had a biz center where there was wired internet- minor annoyance having to leave room though). And you had to request Conditioner if you wanted it. Other than that, it was all good.

Room was clean would have liked express with breakfast better

Very nice hotel in a good location. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The staff was friendly.

the room was spotless and pleasantly decorated. There was a note in the bathroom saying if you forgot an toiletries they would be happy to give you toothbrushes, etc free of charge. there was a nice courtyard garden, which was nice in the middle of mall sprawl. They gave two choices of pillows: firm and soft. My only negative comment was that there was no free breakfast, which many other hotels offered. We were only there for one night to see the Air show and most places were booked up, but I was happy to spend the night in a clean place and the kids enjoyed the pool.
