We stayed in your 2 room suite for 4 days. The rooms were clean, the couch very comfortable, the bathroom and sink area perfect. Breakfast was very good. Seating for breakfast was comfortable. We liked the variety of foods each day. It is a perfect place to stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at Americinn in apple valley, Minnesota. We were in town for a small family reunion and choosing this hotel worked out perfectly. Jess DeSanto, the general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and made the experience top notch. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.
We stayed here the night before a flight out of Mpls. Our room was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and ready early as we had an early flight to catch. This is the second time we have stayed there and would stay again.
Vacation with my best friend to visit a mutual friend. Great location that was close to the Mall of America, Ikea, many restaurants, and a Target for those forgotten items. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was invisible.
I haven't stayed there yet... will be tomorrow night. When I went online they were booked so I emailed them asking if they still had rooms for 2 adults and a child. Jess emailed me back and wanted me to call him. He said he had a room and I asked politely if I could get an upgrade. He said yes because I asked nice and was very pleasant to speak with. I guess in the business I work in if you speak politely and are pleasant you will get the same treatment. I will put another review in after the stay.
I made a reservation with AmericInn for a college visit with my daughter near Minneapolis. I made the reservation online. When I needed to change the reservation, THAT DAY, I could not. Two weeks later I tried to move the reservation to another city (on the way to Minneapolis) thinking that this might be a way to satisfy the requirements. No Go. I was ultimately charged for the night when we did not arrive there and this was after several conversations with staff. I will never stay at an AmericInn hotel. They were COMPLETELY inflexible. Bye Bye $130.00
I checked in late around 10 pm, at 10 am I got a call from the front desk saying that they would need to get in my room to fix the lock on the door. I told them I need to sleep in, so I extended another day. for 2 hours I would hear knocking on my door and the rooms around me, I checked out upset that I couldn't get any sleep. I tried to get the 2nd night refunded but they told me I had to come back on Monday to speak with the GM. I did this, and he said he needed to research this before any chance of refund. he took my phone number and promised to call me either way. I believe his name was either Jess or Justin. a month later still no call and no refund. I spent close to 350.00 for just a few hours in that room. I waited this long to see if he would keep his word and call me, he didn't! that was horrible guest service! I would not stay here again!
My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel in a suite for an extended stay from January to April of 2017. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were an added bonus. Only a few times in our 3 month stay was the water level low (usually following a busy weekend). Hot breakfast every morning included egg omelettes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle making station, fresh fruit, bagels & bread, yogurt/parfait, boiled eggs, milk, juice, and coffee that was available 24/7. The area had many restaurants and stores close by, too.
Great staff, very accommodating, making sure you are taken care of. Ideal location for every thing you need is close by, especially restaurants. Nice upscale suburb to feel safe in. I will be making this a regular stopover while on business.
I have stayed at this property over 10 times in the last year. I was scheduled for training in town but they only had a room for 1 of the 2 nights needed. I tried calling and cancelling my reservation but they said I needed more of an advanced notice. I had made my reservation the day before. They not only refused to refund me but charged me $65 more than my usual rate because they were full!!
