The property could use a little updating. The carpet was stained and the shower would benefit from some bleach, but overall it was clean and a good value for the price.

We needed a place to crash for a couple nights for a family reunion. Our usual hotels on the Vestal Parkway were unavailable due to the short notice. The Comfort is fine, it's brand new so it's very clean, but it's incomplete. our room was clearly meant as a suite, but was only half furnished. The spot for the ice maker and vending machines was empty. Pluses - the place was clean and pretty quiet. The Blue Dolphin diner is just across the parking lot. Minuses - it's pretty far out of town, incomplete and still smelling of paint and carpet. The price was a little high for Apalachin.
