Super 8 Antioch/Nashville South East

The room itself was decent. What you might expect from a Super8. The parking lot was sketchy. Questionable people coming, going, loitering but not staying. One in particular female set up camp under the awning and had a meltdown, kicking, screaming and throwing herself around until she laid slumped over a brick wall for a while. Then she picked up her camp and left. That kind of behavior makes you feel safe. Coffee was only so so as well.

The room was dirty and the tub that was white at one time was black with mold and the toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. The door to the room wouldnt lockyou had to push the door and ther was a 4 in gap under the door. Very unsafe environment for kids in side the room and out . I don't know how this place got 4 out of 5 on

Made reservation by accident wanted a park and fly but would not reimburse money had to stay and find parking at airport

Guy was rude.i needed more towels to take shower the person question me why i needed towels.over all all 3 employees i encountered was rude and seemed like they did not like there job need to be alittle more friendly

Recently remodeled as an AMC Classic the theatre is running recent movie releases with the standard concessions in the foyer. Though a multi screen operation, wth AMC branding, it did look a bit run down at 10:15pm during the last showing of 'The Mummy' there was litter on the floor, in the cup holders, damaged roof panels, no hotdogs, and a 7min delay in commencing the movie all of which do not readily recommend the property high on user experience. But it is within easy reach of a few restaurants.....

Upon checking in clerk made copy of credit card after already scanning it. That's the way I had fraud put on previous card. When I ask why they made copy, was told it was just rewteen. I did not like that

My mother and I are extremely loyal customers when it comes to Super 8. We've been all over the country for various vacations, work related travel, and even school functions. We always receive amazing service, pristine rooms, and a delicious breakfast. This was, hands down, the filthiest motel I've ever experienced in my life. We checked in around midnight - the gentleman at the front desk was overwhelmed, kept his tan sunglasses on (obviously non-prescription) and couldn't clearly communicate with any of the 3 waiting customers (one of whom had come back to the desk to say his room was still dirty with unmade beds, broken ceiling lamp, garbage all over). The motel parking lot was barely lit and we felt very unsafe even being out their, never mind uncomfortable leaving a few items in the car. Both sets of stairs to our floor were literally crumbling with pieces of concrete breaking away - made even more unsafe by the poorly lit staircase. The comforters in the room had visible stains on them and the pillows were like sheets of paper. And, as we probably should have expected, the breakfast was barely tolerable - the fruit (apples and oranges) was inedible and the cereal was stale. The only other option was the waffles, which tasted terrible. In short, this place needs to either get new management or be torn down entirely to start from scratch. This Super 8 has been so unimaginably disappointing we will never stay in one again and we will be encouraging all family and friends to stay away.

Room was ok. Needed some more cleaning in bathroom. Grounds were not well kept. Trash in parking lot and pet walking area.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. I could not believe how dirty the bathroom was. I went to the front desk and asked for a cleanser. I sprayed the tub/shower down. The toilet was not CLEAN EITHER. I even had to clean the sink and microwave. Incidently, the microwave was very old. The faucet also leaked. The bed were cleaned, believe me. I checked. The rest of the stay was fine. The rates were good. The hotel is near the interstate, so travel is easy. The room furniture needs some updating . I am not sure I would stay here again.

This motel was disgusting and dirty. The tub looked grimey. There weren't enough pillows or towels so we called to request more and when we went down to pick up the towels they dropped them on the dirty floor in front of us and then handed them to us. We asked for a nonsmoking room but every time you turned the light on for the bathroom the fan came on too and blew smoke stench into our room. I mentioned this at checkout and got no response. The area around the motel was pretty seedy too. We left early and skipped their "breakfast". Never going back. Ever.
