I enjoyed the hotel's quiet, relaxing environment. The staff was very helpful. I wanted to go to town and the staff was helpful with arranging a taxi for me. Overall, I had a very good stay.
The staff were courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, they did not have my reservation at check-in (I'm not sure if they ever found it) and I was put in an available room with a view of a wall out the window, rather than the water view that most other rooms have. The sliding doors to the patio had no screen, so I couldn't keep the door open at night to sleep when it was pleasant because of aggressive mosquitoes. Wi-fi was spotty I would relatively regularly get bumped off and need to re-access.
