Had a great stay property was convenient to restaurant and a mini mart on property. It was great to have the full kitchen. My only disappointment was I asked for a room with two single beds did not get it and being on the 3rd floor was not good. The reception was nice the security was great. I would definitely stay again.

I like that it was right on the beach. The property was well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I love the property, and the people was friendly. The beach was in walking distance of the property making it even better for me. My room was so spacious, I would recommend Antigua village to my friends any day. The security was great, they were there if you needed them.

Absolutely horrific experience. Went through extensive lengths to coordinate a late arrival. Had to fill out a word document that just had embedded pictures that had to be converted to .pdf to be able to fill outback anythong. Called twice to try to just give credit card information over the phone. They would not allow it. The office is supposed to be open from 8:30AM to 8:00PM to Ben able to coordinate for late arrivals (all arrivals are late as the only flight into the island right now lands at 11:15 PM. Then, after 3 calls and a fully filled out form, we arrive and are wscorted to a room that has NO RUNNING WATER at all (any facet or toilet), beds that are not made at all, and absolutely no sheets or pillow cases anywhere in the room. After a walk back down to the after hours security and maintenance man... and 1.5 hours later, we finally got brown running water and sheets and pillow cases delivered. For $250/night, we were supposed to get a room with a king size bed, a queen pullout, and two bathrooms... what we got was a substandard camping room with no sheets or amenities. it would have been better just to wait on the Sandals couches next door until our checkin time there. I tried to complain and rectify the situation with the night security guard... he said I’d have to take it up with the office in the morning. One problem... they are closed all day Sunday so no ability to get a refund or complain. I am going to contest the charge with my credit card company.
I will be back here. Already did. Needed an ectra night and they accommodated us nicely.
Antigua was absolutely beautiful. This resort sits right on the beach and next to Coconut Grove restaurant which is a little beach bar with great food. Room was very dated but the staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Never felt unsafe at any time on the island like some of the other islands we have visited.
