The hotel is in an excellent location for all the amenities. The beach is literally across the road. We were he only English people in the hotel. There were lots of young Turkish lads. We were told it was a party hotel. we went on 3excursions and the guides did not speak English.
Spent 14 nights in August and have to say i was disappointed with the hotel overall. The entrance and exit is a steep slope 1:4 or theteabouts. The amout of english the staff can speak is very limited and i would say over 50 percent were unable to communicate at all. This led to a substandard level of service specially at eating times. The room we were given was right next to the sheesha bar and the level of noise can sometimes be high up until 1 in the morning. When you complain to the staff their answer is "this is a party hotel". The spa is average they have a free fish pedicure and the use of a sauna. The variety of food choice is limited and the soft drinks are far too sweet. The entertainment. Shows are amazing, the beech is just across the road however you have to pay 15 lira for a sunbed. The wifi works about 40% of the time. You would probably enjoy it as a group of lads but if your looking for a quality relaxing family hotel avoid this hotel.
Stayed at the hotel in room 119 and the room was excellent it had a jacuzzi in it and my daughter loved it it's a very quiet room with its own sun lounge the hotel is so massive that you could get lost. Rooms- was excellent was cleaned on a daily basis , bottled water and kettle is provided for you Food- was excellent different variety every day breakfast was the best , also throughout the day there was food available like burger chips chicken nuggets , plenty of fruit and drinks also ice cream was available every day for kids and adults . There was microwave available to warm food up for babies Entertainment- everyday was different good for kids magician show, acrobatics.dancing, pool party etc Staff- restaurant staff are the best especially Camsun they are very polite and really good with young kids they really go out of their way for you. Reception staff are really good if you need any help they are there for you 24/7. Swimming pool there is a big pool and a Childrens one too plenty of sun beds to use as you will defo get one You are based in the central of everything Burger King is next door to you if you fancied a change. Don't forget to do jeep safari, dim chai and aqua park that's the best . Loved the hotel so much will be coming bk next year
Upon arrival the rooms we had booked were non existent we were give the scruffiest rooms ever next to lift, noise all nite every night some staff quite rude especially reception.drugs going on mgmt told but did nothing supposed to be family hotel.NEVER. I would tell people never go to this place,as you will be shocked at what goes on . BE WARNED!!!!!!
We booked the hotel three months in advance for four rooms, when arrived to check in they had only to rooms for us, and rooms were different from what we've seen on website. 8 of us had to sleep in two rooms for one night the next day they did give us four rooms but one of had uneven two single beds joined together . Only good thing about the hotel was the service from waiter mustufa & meret from reception.
Been there with some friend. We had two rooms. At the reception we've asked to give us rooms next to each other. We've received one room to block no. 2, one to block no. 4. The next couple who checked in received a room next to us 😐 Even my grandmother had a cleaner and a updated bathroom (4 stars hotel? Really?) The aer conditioning was on the top of our head. We coulded use it while we were asleep. The food was ok an good enough. A plus for this hotel: the location. It is in the city center and the distance to the beach is a 2 minute walk. I dont think I will ever go there.
Good things: *Location. only 3 mins walk from the beautiful Cleopatra beach. bad thing you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. * Food. Always a lot of choice. kots of differwnt meat, seafood and sweets. Turkish night was especially good with a lot of seafood chiice and a kebab. * Rooms. We were lucky to stay in block 5 which was new, but our friends stayed in block 1, which definitely needs a refurb. Rooms were cleaned daily. *all waiters and waitresses. brilliant! always happy to help and chat with you. Bad things: * reception. receptionists are very rude. every time we asked for some assistance, they were never interested in helping. never had such a bad attitude! they definitely need and extra training and coaching! *children entertainment. only 15 mins children disco every night. that's it..
We booked the hotel half year ago to be closer to the center, as we know that everything will be full in July. It does help us to get nice room, because our tour operator had just late flight and we were at hotel in 1 o’clock night and got just room that left last. They give us room that looks like long time has not used, the floor was dirty, no light curtains planned, everything was dark. Room was so small, can’t move, wooden ceiling, feeling like grandmothers summer cottage. We went and asked to change it, because it definitely did not like the pictures we had seen before, of course, everything was full and we didnt get other. I understand them, the high season and many people complain, everyone is tired, but the man in reception was so unkind. On the next day, our operator was kindly trying to help us; staff was welcoming at the reception this time, but argued that it is standard room and they don’t have other. Therefore, I advise you not to take standard room in the hot season, other rooms what we saw in next hotel building looks better. It was cockroach what helps us a little bit, when we catch it in bathroom and show it in the reception, they sent to us disinfection, repair the floor and added the curtains and next days they was cleaning it good:) the conditioner was strong enough in room, but in reception and other bulding it doesnt work good. If you do not care about the room, so the hotel is located in a good place, close to the center, next to the store street, 3 minutes’ walk to sea and Cleopatra beach. Pool for the center located hotel is large. Food and services in restaurant is great, it was the best what is there. In general, we disappointed in the hotel, last year we was in Avena resort, where everything was fresh and clean, but it not so close to center.
Came to tac premier with my partner and 16year old brother. Can't complain about our room it was clean and the cleaner came in everyday and filled up the water bottles in the fridge. Food was average and very similar everyday. The staff are generally rude (except one waiter)! The omelette chef at breakfast is miserable and has an attitude, we asked for our eggs to stay in the pan longer to make sure they were cooked through and every time he rolled his eyes and huffed about it, when putting the omelette onto the plate he takes no care flinging it on and in the process splashing hot oil all over my hand to which he threw a roll of paper towels at me without even a look. At dinner you have to get down extra early to get a decent table especially if you want to sit outside! We did so one evening and while waiting for the large queue for food to go down we had a drink and started a game of cards to which the restaurant manager approached us and told us to finish our game and leave as this wasn't a café to which I explained we were waiting for the queue to go down and his response was well you need to get food now, people are complaining, despite there being multi tables of eastern European families sat around us with no food on their tables either. Entertainment is sparse during the day, the "animation team" if you could call them that make a miserable and unenthusiastic appearance around 3pm if you're lucky to host 1 game. The English spoken by almost all of the staff is either dumbed down or they just don't care enough to try, which makes the smallest thing like a drink order very difficult. Will not be returning to tac premier and would advise other English families against it as I have no doubt there are plenty of hotels where you could have a far more pleasant and friendly experience.
There is sth about this hotel that keeps me craving for more and more holidays in Alanya. Is it a perfect location or people or atmosphere or good food that makes me choose Tac Premier the for 3rd time, I don't know but I cannot get enough. It has what it takes to have the most fabulous holidays just next to the charming Kleopatra beach.
