we have paid for UAI....and we can not find no ultra at this hotel. We have been in Turkey before, and I have never experienced anything like this even at 4 stars hotels way way better than this. this hotel is old - already 21 year. Staff not friendly - every worker tries to take money of you one way or the other: 1.As soon as you get there you feel the bad attitude from the workers and you dont feel welcomed at all. We have ordered double bad and have got room with twin - after we have asked to change it - girl from reception was so angry on us, that I was scared. 2. Wifi is not free, you should pay 1 eur per one day for one mobile. For 5 days we had to pay 10 Eur, because 5 you should pay for wifi and 5 for safe card, like deposit. We have paid it and before departure we have got information that we are in dept for wifi :0.....so we have to prove that we paid and ask to get back 5 eur deposit. 3. Menu at the restaurant is very poor. And at the end of our holiday I have already no appetite and my stomach feel not very good. 4. Beach is near hotel, but so small, that you have difficulties to find a place already at 9 o'clock in the morning. The beach is disorderly . 5. Looks like in this hotel travelers from Russia are very welcome, because every where just Russian language. So, if you would like good quality for your holiday - don't choose this hotel - its awful.
Overall, my impression of the hotel was good. There was a decent size pool and access to a private beach (pebbles not sand). The food choices were varied and tasted good; there was a number of different meal times throughout the day as well as snacks/ ice cream etc. Drinks selection could have been better; although this can usually be expected with all inclusive, I feel that there could have been other drinks available at a charge to create more choice. The room was clean and fairly spacious with a television; although no English speaking channels! Staff were very friendly and service was good. Lots of activities throughout the day, as well as the option of water sports, boat trips and quad biking (at extra charge) and nighttime entertainment. Only downside was the location of the hotel - nearest town was a 30 minute drive away. This was not too much of a problem as there was lots to do in the hotel and ample transportation services. However if you are looking to do lots of sight-seeing/ exploring this could be an issue. Other small issue was overcrowding at the pool area; there did not seem to be enough beds around the pool and many people would leave towels on the beds all day. Most days you would have to wake up at 7am just to secure one. This could have been better managed by hotel staff. Also, there was a charge for cleaning beach towels which could only be done at a certain time of day - very strange for an all inclusive hotel. Other than these small issues I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was clean with friendly staff and lots to do. Would recommend.
Very friendly staff, amazing food, nice comfortable rooms, great view.. I had great fun. The service quality there might make you feel like you are staying in one of the most expensive hotels. And i need to emphasize that the food is delicious.. yummy! you just can get enough, and they serve 7/24. My warning to all ladies: you might gain weight but you can burn calories while playing boccia, pool games, volleyball, ....
Stayd there fot a week, alone. The food is great and staff is really nice, but do not expect anything more. Lots of russian people, might get very noizy sometimes. I had on room next to the other hotel and their party didnt let me sleep.
We visit this Hotel at the Turkish holiday time, we are liked to the hotel workers good food, but rooms need renovation, price is not so expensive, pool and sea is clean, you can eat from morning to night it is free also drinks is free
Big hotel, with many, many rooms. Room was too small for 2 adults and two children. We had to squeeze in baby bed and suitcases... But you only spend the night there, so it doesn't matter. But everything else - just wonderful! Three pools- with slides, for swimming and for kids. Beach is fully equipped and clean, water is warm and blue... Food is the best you can possibly imagine! One of the best vacations we've ever had!
super cozy hotel with good service and service-minded staff. With plenty of entertainment for the whole family. You do not have to leave the hotel, you can easily spend a whole week and enjoy all the activities that are on site. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
Very nice hotel, very tasty food, excellent animation team, every night there were different shows, dances, concerts. Every day there were a lot of different food options, and it was very tasty. Nice view from the window.
Area architecture planning is great. Hamam is a must have for first comers. Staff is working perfectly. Very tasty kitchen. I wish more staff understand English. Use slippers on the beach. Nice entertainment programs. WiFi and beach towel replacement cost 1 euro
