Very friendly staff, amazing food, nice comfortable rooms, great view.. I had great fun. The service quality there might make you feel like you are staying in one of the most expensive hotels. And i need to emphasize that the food is delicious.. yummy! you just can get enough, and they serve 7/24. My warning to all ladies: you might gain weight but you can burn calories while playing boccia, pool games, volleyball, ....
Stayd there fot a week, alone. The food is great and staff is really nice, but do not expect anything more. Lots of russian people, might get very noizy sometimes. I had on room next to the other hotel and their party didnt let me sleep.
We visit this Hotel at the Turkish holiday time, we are liked to the hotel workers good food, but rooms need renovation, price is not so expensive, pool and sea is clean, you can eat from morning to night it is free also drinks is free
Big hotel, with many, many rooms. Room was too small for 2 adults and two children. We had to squeeze in baby bed and suitcases... But you only spend the night there, so it doesn't matter. But everything else - just wonderful! Three pools- with slides, for swimming and for kids. Beach is fully equipped and clean, water is warm and blue... Food is the best you can possibly imagine! One of the best vacations we've ever had!
super cozy hotel with good service and service-minded staff. With plenty of entertainment for the whole family. You do not have to leave the hotel, you can easily spend a whole week and enjoy all the activities that are on site. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
Very nice hotel, very tasty food, excellent animation team, every night there were different shows, dances, concerts. Every day there were a lot of different food options, and it was very tasty. Nice view from the window.
Area architecture planning is great. Hamam is a must have for first comers. Staff is working perfectly. Very tasty kitchen. I wish more staff understand English. Use slippers on the beach. Nice entertainment programs. WiFi and beach towel replacement cost 1 euro
Hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, clean. The restaurants/food is amazing, nice beach, perfect service, professional entertainment, Professional Management. This is perfect place to spend your holidays.
The Room: The beds were bad. There were a large whole under the door and on the side, so you could hear everything from the hall as if it were happening in your own room. We stuffed towels along the opening in the door to keep out the most noice. There are also a lot of noice from the many activities in the evening up until midnight. So if you have little children that needs peace and quiet to sleep, this is probably not the place for you. A little thing that also bothered me was the missing power power outlet in the bathroom. Maybe it's just me, but I kinda aspect there to be a power outlet in the bathroom for shavers and the millions of electric devices we carry with us here in 21st century. The Staff: The staff were very kind and they are definitely the reason that I'm giving them 3 out of 5 stars - if not for the staff, it would've been max 2. But despite the very kind staff I really have a hard time being at a place where most personnel hardly speak English. We were also very unlucky and my wife got appendicitis during our stay and was rushed to the hospital around midnight. Everything went smooth and the staff at the hospital in Alanya seemed very professional, but they were even worse at speaking english. Most personnel just smiled and tried the explain advanced stuff with hand gestures. That's one of the reasons I will never go back to Turkey. Now appendicitis is not the worst thing that can happen and I really want to be sure that if anything happens to my wife or son, then I can communicate with the staff that has to help my family. The Hotel and the stay overall: The inside of the hotel is okay. The lounge and lobby seems nice and almost modern. The elevators are new. But you can sense that it's an old hotel. The exterior of the hotel is very nice though. 2 large poles and a sweet little pool for the children. This was great and we spent most of our time by the pools. If that's your plan as well, maybe you shouldn't worry too much about the interior of the hotel. The hotel is right by the beach so you're kinda already at the beach. And it's nice and beautiful down there. It's a stone beach, not sand, and I really liked that. My wife hated it and thought that it hurt a lot walking on the stones, but we bought some special shoes in the hotel and then she was fine with it. Also our son really enjoyed jumping and playing in the waves and with the stones - he's 3 years old. Every evening there was entertainment for the kids. Around 8pm there was a crew dancing with all the kids and they were all really enjoying it. There's also a lot of entertainment during the day with fun stuff. So.. if you want to have a decent stay and mostly lay by the pool and go to the restaurant where there's a lot of decent food, this will probably be fine for you. Oh and one last thing I wasn't too happy about was that I had to pay for the wi-fi and I have to pay for each device. We had 3 devices. If you're a big family this will maybe be an expensive extra expense for you. And furthermore you also pay 9 euro a day if you want to use the safety box in your room.
Do not stay here. No AC working first of all and temperature is 40 degrees. The beds are so uncomfortable as if you sleeping on rocks. They open the door while u r sleeping from 7 am. The wifi is not free. Restaurant smells very bad and you can barely eat. The staff are rude and they don't want to serve you. Simply the worst hotel ever.
