Very friendly hotel, staff and services. Very good place for a holiday who...put a smile again on your face. I was impressed of number of beach pavilions(many, enough for tourists), new face of mainbuilding rooms and the staff very...helpful.
We stayed at this resort May 26-29 for a family reunion (celebration of my father's 80th birthday). Everybody in our party really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Note, we were a group of 10 adults and 1 child, with everyone (except for one person) having vacationed in a similar fashion before. Maritim really delivered and here is why: 1. Meals were excellent. Example: It is not easy to make manti (Turkish dumplings) for such large group but not only it was made plenty but also was delicious and like homemade for a small party. 2. Unlike some other resorts, everything was quickly accessible on foot. My Dad has trouble walking and with my 6 year old niece, this fact was particularly appreciated. 3. Service was superb. Special shou out to Pinar aty Akdeniz restaurant, Muhammed in private dining room) and the gentleman catering to bungelows (name escapes me). Everything was delivered in time and with a smile on the people's faces. 4, The facilities were very clean. We had stayed at resorts where we got sick after a stay because fruit was not washed or what not. Everything was sparkling clean here with the staff maintaining it regularly. 5. We watched a show performed by Mongolian circus and it was one of the best shows I have ever watched not only at a resort but everywhere. People in my party (ages 6-80) all enjoyed it very much. Kudos to performers. 6. Wifi was very easy to access and the signal was strong. This is very important to me as I called my family in US everyday (We even did a video chat from the beach). Strongly recommend this resort. Would like to come back.
I stayed in Maritim Pine Beach resort while attending a conference. I will start with the one and only positive impression this hotel left on me: its conference center was very roomy and well designed. It just did the job. Unfortunately, the remaining aspects of my stay were way sub-par. Check in seemed to be fast at first. Unfortunately, only when I arrived in my room did I realize the room was occupied, with suitcases, coats etc around. The bellboy showed me to a different room, I had to go back to the reception, and change my keycard, and go back to my room at the other side of the hotel again. The rooms, and common areas of the hotel are dated. Balcony door hardly closed, the AC did not work, just produced moist foul smelling air. I called this in, and the reception said they would fix it, but that did not happen. Half of the lockers next to the indoor pool were broken, and there was noone around to report this. Eventually I ended up telling this to the reception, where I was told to report it to the people in charge of the pool. First time a hotel reception referred me elsewhere, when I contacted them with a problem. Clearly the problem was not fixed. Housekeeping seems to do OK in terms of services, but there is not a standard. First night I was left one small bottle of shampoo, second night there was none. The dispenser in the shower was probably broken, hence empty. Third night they probably figured this out and left a large size refill bottle in the shower. First day, only water in the minibar, second day, sparkling water was added. Things seemed a bit random, but not much of an issue. The food is repetitive and nothing special. The dining area seems to get really crowded, with not much ventilation. The drinks are lowest quality no name brands, for the all inclusive package. Ultra all inclusive has a bit more, but nothing close to nearby competitor hotels. The opening-closing hours the hotel observes do not agree with the concept sheet they provide at check in. In the 4 days I spent at the hotel, I was able to receive a total of two smiles, one from a housekeeping lady, and one from a waiter in the restaurant. Everyone else I encountered made me feel that I was not welcome. This, for me is a dealbreaker when choosing a hotel. I had stayed in several of the top hotels in Belek, last time being only 2 weeks before my trip to Maritim. On all occasions, I had received excellent professional service in all aspects, sometimes at lower prices than the one quoted at Maritim. This hotel was simply way below my expectations, based on my experience in the area. I would not recommend staying here.
No guidance during the trip, you will never hear the time of meals, place of restaurants, password of wifi, how to get towels and so on. It was disgusting to ask for help for everything from the other residents. Even the staffs were completely not-helping to customers. By the way, most of them were trainee. Meals were extremely bad in terms of taste and variety, except Mr. Müslüm Usta at the corner with the brick oven. There were also some strangers in the hotel without bracelet that keeps stalking people. You may feel yourself lucky if you could find someone to express your complaints. Rooms are tidy and clean with larger footprint. TV is insanely bad. Wifi is corrupting regularly.
My family and I spent 4 days at this hotel and were absolutely amazed. There was a great variety of food and had direct access to the beach. The view from our hotel rooms were amazing and I definitely would come back to this hotel.
I`ve spent 7 awesome days at this resort in early August 2016. The resort is close from Antalya airport so you don`t have to travel a lot after the arrival. The resort is huge, modern and one can hardly complain of anything. Kids loved it. Several pools, good and more then sufficient food, snacks, drinks. Resort offers everything that a family with kids would require and even more. I recommend it.
I don't want to write anything about this hotel but need to help people who is planning a holiday in Antalya. Foods terrible Room terrible Clean ---- no way Just there are lots of good employees try to help you to spend your days in good mood. That's why my vote is 2/5. Employees very good.
This hotel is very beautifully located on the beachside. The beach and the sea are amazing. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. There are plenty of activities that you can spend your time. However it was very crowded during our visit. Not a place for romanticism. The food was below average, don't expect to find delicacies and gourmet food, every product is the basic one and has very low quality. It is just ok for a congress but I don't prefer to go there with my wife.
Beautiful hotel, family friendly, clean rooms, good service, close to the beach. Good quality food, friendly staff, beautiful wiev from the terrace of the restaurant. Lots of activity for the kids, nice pool area.
We stayed there in September for a week. The hotel is spread over a large area, right on the beach. The hotel is great for families with children; they have many opportunities to spend time. The rooms in the main building are very large, clean and have nice view. The beach is wide and sandy. There are pavilions near the beach, clean, spacious, with safebox and minibar. They have waiter service. The hotel has many green spaces and a beautiful garden.
