Wow we had an amazing holiday at the Gloria Verde in the last 2 weeks of July. We arrived late at around 12.00am and the welcome was fantastic, from the reception team through to the concierge who took our bags to the room. Once the bags had been unpacked, we popped down to the Zodiac Bar for a quick drink. The staff were fantastic with our son (aged 6 - called Matt). This was his 1st holiday abroad and meant a lot to us for him to be made so welcome. We had booked a suite room and stayed in 7115. The room was fantastic, with lots of room and great facilities. Mini bar topped up every day and the cleaner kept the room immaculate, even when we said it was ok to leave it for the day 😀 The pool areas were fantastic, with both the pool bar and beach (Neptune Bar) easily reached and lots of cold drinks, water, beers and plenty of ice creams (Cornetto, Magnums and Twisters) to be had. There was always plenty of choice for sunbeds on both levels of the pool. Must says huge thanks to Sonner for the pool towels every day and for his amazing dancing. Also thanks to Kristina for the encouragement for water polo and for letting our son join in our last day. The food was amazing for every meal. The main buffet restaurant always had something for us to try and sample different foods too. The desserts were amazing. We used the Mexican and Far East Al a cartes on a couple of occasions and the food was some of the best we've had. We also used the Italians at the Gloria Serenity/Golf, which was set outside, with quality food. Tip though pizzas stop at 6pm. The staff were all amazing in the restaurants and made each meal time an enjoyable and friendly one too. Big shout outs to the 2 Mesut's (Mesut Demirtas and Mesut Dursun), Bilal Yavuz Curuda, Buse Ofturk, Suzul and Zafer. They an absolute credit to the hotel and will make your holiday extra special. To remember our son's name each time they saw him, made him feel extra special. Thank you.
We holidayed here in For the first time in June. We visit Antalya area 3 times a year. First impressions are important we were sat down at a table and checked in personally and given the low down on the hotel and sister hotels Room - spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely walk in shower. Not that much cupboard space or hangers. Our room was in the pool building and overlooked the lovely gardens Food - was very good with so much choice we sat out on the terrace for our meals because there was shade. The service was very good. It was busy in the evening and we sometimes had trouble getting a table. The food was worth the wait though. The red wine was very good. We ate in the Mexican and Asian alacart restaurants. The Mexican was first class. There is a BBQ restaurant where we ate lunch. You could go to the counter and choose your meat or fish and the chef then cooked it fresh. It was busy about 1.30 so we only got to eat there twice You could get a sunbed and pool towels any time. Because you don't have a pool card people don't feel the need to take the towels back and consequently the beds look as though they're occupied when there not. I just moved the wet towels and nobody ever came back. Often there wasn't anybody serving at the pool bar and you had to wait. The toilets in this area were kept clean. It is a bit of a walk up an incline to the pool so if you have mobility issues you could have a problem. The patisserie in the lobby bar had the best selection of cakes, chocolates and ice cream of any hotel that we have been to in Antalya the cheesecake was amazing. The lobby bar is beautiful with a fountain in the centre and plenty of plants but no atmosphere in the evenings, although the service was good Entertainment - the Il Divo tribute band were very good and there was a live group one night that played excellent middle of the road dance music. There was a band that played salsa type South American music on for 2 nights of the 7 we were there. Not good for me as I like to know some of the songs but I was in the minority as other guests seem to enjoy it. The animation team we're here dancing with the guests till 11.30. The DJ here was rubbish. He indulged himself with Ibiza style nightclub music - he came on and most guests had disappeared in about 10 minutes. When we first arrived at about 4.30 we went to the pool bar for a drink and the DJ started up with this loud music, we had to leave All in all we enjoyed our holiday, it was perfect for us - apart from the DJ. The guest relations and reception staff were always available and helpful. Would we return - we might - but there are so many hotels in Antalya to choose from the Barut Lara is very good and the Barut Sensatori is the best choice when the evenings are chilly because they put on good entertainment in the bars We got a taxi from the airport - 40 euros.
It was amazing to be here with my family. Very good hotel for rest with children. Standard room was big, clean and sunny. Kitchen - perfect. Service - the best. Territory is very green and nice. Pools are good, for children - very good. Bars and snack bars - OK. Thanks to Gloria Verde Team!
Having just returned from the Gloria Verde we have to say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There were always sun beds available around the pool and beach, no need to get up early to reserve them! All the staff were superb, especially Ahmet in the A La Carte breakfast restaurant and Suali in the Zodiac bar in the evenings. The main restaurant in the evening was very relaxing compared to other hotels we have been to. Never any queues at the food and always a table available and waiters straight over to take our drinks order. No food ever ran out even when we went late in the evening. The entertainment team were great and we enjoyed the activities. We would be mad to go anywhere else next year!! Look forward to seeing you next year we hope!! Thank you for a wonderful holiday Gloria Verde.
We stayed in Select Villa 8713 (also known as a Select Family Suite) from 20th July-3rd August. Family of 4 with two teenage boys aged 16 and 13. The Select Villas are in a lovely location next to the golf course, and across the road from the main Gloria Verde building. It is a lovely oasis of calm with its own bar and restaurant and pool that never seemed to get busy at all. During our stay we were the only British family at the villas but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff at the bar and restaurant were all really friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had everything we could want. Mehmet in particular looked after us fantastically well at the Select Bar and also on a few occasions in the Lobby lounge bar of an evening. The Villas themselves are very spacious with a separate lounge and kitchen area in addition to the two ensuite bedrooms, a patio area with table and chairs and 2 sunloungers (in addition to loungers by the pool) and a hammock. Each villa is also provided with a buggy for their own use – fantastic for getting around all 3 Gloria hotels. There is also a dedicated Villa Guest relations team who looked after our Al La Carte reservations and any other query or request we had – Oksana was fantastic in looking after us and answering all my many questions. Last year we stayed at the Gloria Golf in a family suite, the Gloria Verde is smaller but with all the same facilities as the Golf – just on a smaller (possible even friendlier) scale. With the introduction of the All-In-One concept this summer all guests can use the facilities of all 3 hotels and the Gloria sports arena as part of the all inclusive package. This is a fantastic introduction by the Gloria resorts and greatly increased the number and variety of snack bars and restaurants available. With the help of our golf buggy we made regular trips across to the Golf hotel in the day to go the beach and aqua park, although sometimes we stayed at the Verde beach too. At both beaches there are roller skating waiters/waitresses providing trays of fruit/slushies/bagels etc at regular intervals. We ate lunch at the Select restaurant, Neptuno snack bar at the Verde or the Gloria Pub at the Golf – all were good, my favourite was the Neptuno as there is a lovely sea breeze there and the menu included Gozleme and flatbreads. Although we didn’t use the Verde main pool (as we used the villa pool) there were always free sunbeds around the main pool whenever we walked past. Of an evening we ate at the Far Eastern (twice), Mexican, Argentinian, Italian, Route -66 and Steakhouse in addition to the Select restaurant and all three buffets. The Select restaurant also had a barbeque night one night for all villa guests which was beautifully laid out on the grass by the restaurant with dressed tables and music, a lot of effort was put into this and it was a really nice evening. Food and service at all the restaurants was good – our particular favourites where the Far Eastern, the Steakhouse and the Italian, and the chocolate soufflé at the Argentinian was delicious. We also had the opportunity to go to the Gloria Sports arena on the provided shuttle mini-bus and try the ice-lab. The ice-lab was an experience and all the gym / sports facilities there are very impressive. The buffet at lunchtime there was also very good and included. Our boys didn’t use the Teen club so can’t comment on that and we didn’t join in any organised activities but there certainly seemed to be plenty going on – archery, water polo, boccia etc. and also plenty of evening entertainment – we were given a programme on arrival so could check what was going on at each hotel each day. In short it was a fantastic relaxing holiday with plenty of good food, branded drinks and great service. We would love to return one day!
Thank you so much Alla Komolova and Jevgeniya Alyohina Koroglu from guests relations department. Best recommendation of restaurants, fast reservation, lovely atmosphere making me and my family very happy!
No words other than spectacular, we traveled as a family of 14 including infants and children. The hotel met our needs and went over and beyond our expectations. A massive shout out to the x2 men on roller skates who told us to never get off our sunbeds they will fetch our drinks for us, also the kind and generous Suali who waited on us and he was the most kindest helpful waiter we have ever met! On the activity side of things Giovanni Armo who kept us entertained he is fantastic. The massive variety of places to eat was brilliant, 15 different al a carte restaurants to choose from and having the options to go to either the Serenity and the Gloria Golf was definitely a plus! We spent two weeks at the Verde and we are definitely pleased with our stay! All of our rooms were cleaned once a day replenished with fresh towels and minifridge restocked every day was a plus! We are already looking to book our stay again as we could not fault anything about this hotel everything was fantastic. Location was the best as you had your own private beach and also the Jetty to walk out to and you didn't need to bother getting up for a drink as the waiters on roller skates were always there to get you one and also fresh fruits and smoothies brought around to you during the day. I am a travel Agent for Thomas Cook and have heard great things in the past from previous customers I have sent to the Gloria's before but now that I have experienced this for myself I will most definitely be spreading the word around. This has to be the best Holiday myself and my family have ever been on. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay we did not want to leave!!

Just back from a lovely relaxing family holiday at the Gloria Verde. We had a family garden room which was very spacious and ample for our needs only down side was it was right next the main road into the resort and traffic noise day and night. Hotel was excellent and although we could use the sister hotels Gloria Golf and Gloria Serenity we never felt the need to leave the Verde. Restaurants excellent especially the Chinese it was amazing. The staff were extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough especially my little friend on roller skates who brought me an iced coffee every morning whilst I was lying on the sun bed! Always plenty sun beds too which is always a bonus that you don't have to go down at 6am to get one which is a good job and the pool is a fair walk from the hotel and other rooms. My husband and son also played golf which was a bit of a pain to organise as the lady didn't understand us very well and eventually when my husband arrived it wasn't booked but as it was quiet they still got on and they said the course was great but a total pain trying to organise as it was out of season.
Very good family resort! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and relax . Veryy friendly staff. Great sea, sand and children friendly pools, aquaparks. There is a connection via trains and shuttles between 3 Gloria resorts. So you can have breakfast in one lunch in a nother and enjoy night show in third one. Special thanks to Mr Murat Basaran who provided great servis during our meal times.
