it was been in Gloria golf resort , for laparoscopic congress, and before that i had many experiences in other hotels in belek . i think that this hotel is the best one in that region. room was clean and big, the bars were excellent, drinks quality high, garden and pools excellent. staffs very friendly, internet had high speed, the river between sea and hotel gives a very different naturally view to hotel. foods are limited to other same hotels but quality were higher. i had a very nice three days in hotel and leave there with good memories.
Excellent golf courses, lovely food , pleasant ambience - that is what we came for and that is what we got. Enjoyed being able to use the facilities at the Serenity and Verdi for a variety of venue. Will return.
Returned to Gloria Golf Resort with a group of 8 golfers for our annual weeks stay. Having stayed at a number of other resorts in Belek, Gloria consistently out performs the others on service & quality. Our accomadation was twin rooms on an all inclusive basis. Rooms were located in the main building & provided a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Eat in both the buffet & al-a-carte restaurants and the food was of a high quality and excellent service. Played 6 different golf courses in the area as well as Gloria 'old' all of which provided a good test and were in excellent condition. In summary, Gloria delivers on all aspects and would not hesitate to recommend. We are already planning to return again next year
Had a gorgeous time. The standard of the hotel, the quality of the food and the courteousness and the service afforded to us was out of this world. We will be going again next year - this time with the whole family
This was the best all inclusive holiday was have taken. The hotel and golf club staff all went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic time. The food was of a very high standard and drinks were premium brands. We went for all inclusive accommodation and unlimited golf and can thoroughly recommend this format. It was very easy to book and change tee times and the wonderful condition of the golf courses left some we have played on in Portugal well in the shade. We hope to return again soon.
It is my second trip to Belek - the other guys had been several times but it was the Gloria Golf Resort was a first for all of us. We flew from Leeds Bradford which was far easier than some if the bigger airports. The Jet2 flight was good with plenty of leg room for some of us bigger guys. The hotel was excellent - would recommend the a la carte menus in the various restaurants, they were super. There is no shortage of choice in the main restaurant but sometimes you feel like something a little simpler. The staff cannot do enough for you with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and we took advantage of the swimming pools, saunas and steam baths after a hard days golf. As we expect in Turkey the golf courses are immaculate. it us difficult to find fault with any aspect of the golfing break. If you haven't been, give it a go. We were on the all inclusive package which includes, all golf, pick ups, meals, drinks etc. Struggled to spend any money!
I stayed at this resort with a group of friends for a week in March 2017. Having visited and loved their impressive sister resort the Gloria Verde many a time before I was not surprised to find the quality and service here was the same level. This remains unrivalled -- I say this despite having stayed in many top quality hotels all over the world. Superb food both in choice and quality, drinks even on the all inclusive tariff, accommodation, golf courses etc all fantastic. We were greeted with a lovely glass of champagne and the check in process was quick and efficient. Our rooms were in the main block on the third floor. The room decor was really nice but it was smaller than what I expected but as it was just for one person, it was not really a problem. I can imagine it might be slightly cramped with two people and extra luggage etc. It had a balcony with a sliding door which I mainly left open I was disappointed to find that the airconditioning was off as it was considered to be 'Winter" and only blew hot air if used. It was extremely hot and meant that the balcony doors had to be left open to be able to sleep. However that meant that it was quite noisy as there were many people walking and talking in the gardens which my balcony overlooked upon -- there was a conference going on in the hotel for a few days at the beginning of our week there and the hotel was extremely busy then. This was not a problem after the conference delegates left for the second half of the week. The conference also meant the main restaurant was really busy for breakfast and dinner too; however we were offered extra use of the other a'laCarte restaurants by the management which was welcome. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and I must say both visits were nice. The steak was particularly good according to my friends. I remember the minestrone soup tasted as though it had just been made for me once I ordered it -- simply delicious and have not had better anywhere, even in Italy We ate in the Asian and the Fish Restaurant once each. I had beautifully cooked baby octopus starter and white grouper main course and could not have found any fault with either in a top gourmet restaurant anywhere in the world. We often had lunch after golf at the "pub" by the pool. This had a salad bar and a small menu of cooked food to choose from - my favourite was the grilled salmon and sea bass The main bar area is huge and you would not think that you will not find a table for your group in the evening after dinner. However, whilst the conference was on, the bar was extremely busy and we were hard put to find a table nor hear each other which was quite disappointing. The spa is lovely and has a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam and hamam rooms for use by guests -- highly recommended. There is no jaccuzzi however. The Gloria golf courses were in fine condition as always and lovely to play -- they are not too difficult and so none of us got stressed over our scores and how we played. This can be important when on holiday for some people All the staff in every department were simply wonderful and continue to be a credit to the Gloria Group. It is also nice to hear just how long some of them have been with the group! I will be returning to Turkey and Belek in particular, once again in November this year but will probably be going back to my favourite Gloria Verde Resort which is smaller and so less noisy/busy and with a much more sociable feel about it.
Nice, friendly and excellent service with a home feeling make the stay something to remember for ever. We have visit Gloria 3 times during last year and all ready books next trip in October 2017, just before the real winter period start in Sweden.
Another great week at this resort. The All inclusive deal is great value with food and drink both excellent. Friendly helpful staff. The golf courses are in good condition and provide a good round of golf. Overall an excellent break
This is the best hotel I've stayed in Turkey and one of the best hotels I've stayed in the world. It's immaculate but the staff made the stay extra special - we were so well looked after throughout every part of the hotel - the restaurants, the bars, reception, the spa, the golf courses (which are also fantastic!) - even the cleaning staff were friendly and happy to be there. Couldn't recommend this highly enough.
