The hotel is situated at the end of the strip of best hotels on the sea front at Kas. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre (about 5-10 minutes walk on the flat). The hotel itself is built on the cliff edge, on the sea front, like all the other adjoining hotels. It has no lift, and there are quite a lot of stairs and steps to get up to the rooms - the hotel is therefore not suitable for those with mobility problems; however, the young waiters will carry your cases up to your rooms (and back again when leaving). I stayed here twice in 2017, May and September, a week each time, half board. The food is very good. The rooms are perhaps on the small side and a little dated, but the beds are very comfortable and the sea air is just fantastic! Great boat trips from the harbour to Meis, Kekova and elsewhere - highly recommended. Kas is very special. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Musa! Hope to see you next year.
We selected this hotel from pictures and reviews on the internet. We dealt with the hotel itself. We had 2 deluxe double sea view rooms, which were nothing like the pictures. The rooms are badly in need of a renovation and quite small if staying for a few days like us. Shower stall door I had to reinstall myself. We had to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach are rooms. For the price I felt cheated, luckily we had only paid for the first night. There is a good breakfast served poolside , but everywhere you turn there is a box requesting tips( too Much). We checked out and got a nicer room for same price down the road.
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. We were half board and the food was very good. Omelette or fried eggs were available every morning. Also amazing fresh waffles with chocolate sauce. This was in addition to the usual turkish breakfast. Evening meal was good, lots of salad and meze plus good quality main courses. Drinks reasonably priced. The views are stunning, the staff friendly and helpful. Even though we were in the minority ( most guests were turkish ) we felt welcomed and valued. Bathroom was tiny and if you were of a large build you'd probably struggle to get in the shower. Would stay here again
We decided to try this hotel as an alternative to the one we normally book in Kas and were extremely disappointed. On arrival we discovered there ware no lifts and to get to the hotel lobby we had to climb a mirriad of steps. This was followed by another flight of steps to gain access to our room. On entering our room we could not believe it's size only to say it was of 'shoe-box' proportions measuring no more than 12 sqm. One side of the queen bed was hard up against a wall meaning one of us having to traverse the other to get into bed. The room decoration was tired, wall paper seams were lifting away from the walls, the small bathroom required pirouettes to maneuver between shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Breakfast was typically Turkish self service having selections of cheeses, cold meats, salad, olives, fruits, etc, fresh tea was available however coffee was from a vending machine. The only outstanding feature of this hotel is its location with stunning sea views but this does not make up for all the other basic amenities you would expect from a hotel. If you are a senior citizen or one with physical disabilities give this hotel a miss.
This is a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient. It is very silent around and the whole crowd, noise and fun is just 10 minute walk away. My cousin and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a reservation including the dinner. The food was delicious and in a good variety. The employees of the hotel were very respectful, always smiling and responding our needs. The view of the dining terace is wonderful and peaceful. The hotel has its own beach and it is also silent and not crowded at all. I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much and hoping to stay there again.
Stayed here with 6-7 friends and had great time! All the bar and reception staff are very friendly. But especially Tahsin from the Bar and Çinara from the reception made our holiday very comfortable 😊👏👏
My family and I returned again to The Aqua Princess in Kas. Again, a warm welcome was given to us, our room was ready immediately, which having taken a night flight, was a most welcome bonus. What I love about this hotel, if there is the slightest issue, they resolve it. OUr water went off, it was up and running within minutes of notifying the staff. Its all you can ask. Once again, the restaurant delivered tasty food. The array of meze choice each night spoils you. The main courses are different every night...sea bream for our first night - YEA! The staff are helpful, informative and very efficient, no matter if its the bar or the restaurant or by the beach. Dinner is to look forward to, and with the views over the bay, its not to be missed. Drinks at the poolside before dinner are most enjoyable, what ever your delight with cocktails, or a cool beer, its served well. Our eldest son surprised us with a visit, transfers arranged and kept hush hush with the hotel, by our daughter. Again, his room was ready. It may be early season being May/June when we went this year, however,The Aqua Princess came up to scratch and beyond. We love this place. We love Kas Try it, you may just too. Cant wait to return again next year.
Great little hotel overlooking the sea and the Greek Island of Meis. Rooms dated but comfortable, very small shower and bathroom. But the views over the sea and the raised pool and restaurant make up for the rooms! Easy walk into town but not recommended for anyone with walking problems as lots of steps even to the first floor. Would stay there again though if returning.
I spend one week with my whole family in this hotel. The service is wonderful. The staff is nice and makes you feel at home. The food is always fresh and very tasty. A lot of fresh vegetables and fruits are available during breakfast and dinner. I can only recommend staying here.
Aqua Princess Hotel is a friendly, hotel, that is clean, simple in cultural decor, with good sized rooms and facilities. LOVE the terrasse restaurant for breakfast and dinner- best view in Kas to my mind. Staff are warm, polite and friendly. AquaPrincess is well located, minutes walk from the town, or Big Pebble beach. It has its own sunbathing by the sea, with wonderful sunbathing sofas, and umbrellas. The lunch time restaurant here is just perfect. Overlooking the sea and Meis, watching everything go by....what more does anyone want? Rooms are clean, spacious and understated. Minifridge is welcome. We love the place. Cant wait to return next week for 2 weeks.
