Found multiple bugs in room, over all not very clean and staff was unfriendly.
Jacuzzi room was dirty, no towels,toilet paper, soap, ice bucket, pillow cases or any other similar items that usually come with a room...then, the bed was not made, there was a dirty hand towel covered in something on the counter! When I went to the front desk to ask about the room and its' condition, i was told I had to pay $50 more for 1 extra person or leave. I went to get my wallet and had $10 in rolled quarters and 2 twenty dollar bills. He told me to keep the quarters, $40 was okay. My husband and I have frequented this hotel because of the jacuzzi room since 2018, but this last trip there was probably the last

The tub faucet leaked. The tub looked dirty and stained. The shower head you can see that it has never been cleaned, there was dust really thick on it and the shower head looked to have something white all over it. The bed was like sleeping on brick it was so hard. When trying to sit on the bed, it rolled almost out from under me. The door didn't have any dead bolt locks on it. It was so old, you had to use a physical key to open the door. The cable kept cutting out so we couldn't watch anything since it kept saying that the signal was low. The was no ice machine. When I went to the office to see about ice, they gave me a small bag of ice from their refrigerator. The only good thing about it was that I didn't see any bugs.
It was a non smoking room, yet it smelt like pure smoke. Also, there was no trash can or telephone provided in the room. We could barely get into the bathroom because of the door almost hitting the toilet. There were spiderwebs above the shower, and there was dust everywhere. The key would hardly open the door. The exhaust vent had drywall tape in it to where you could not use it. It only had one towel, and had a musky mildew smell to it..
