nice hotel with perfect dinners, even better then others hotels *** and ****. Close location to bus station. I can recommend it for sky resort. Rooms will required some recondition next year. The hotel staff is quite responsive, friendly and ready to assist you if required. The bus can bring you in 10 mins to Andorra la Vella. Good shopping there. So we are really enjoyed to stay there in January, 2017.

Booked the hotel on its official website. The chosen option included a breakfast and ski passes for two. An unbeatable deal. Parking costs 9 euros per day. If you want to ski but have a limited budget I would suggest this hotel. The hotel is outdated but the price is fair. Room is not big but very warm. Safety box costs 6 euros per day. There is free WIFI. Breakfast is fine - hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea, juices, desserts and some fruits. I would suggest the hotel to change pillows - too uncomfortable!

I have just arrived home after a 5 day stay at this hotel. When reading the reviews, I got a little scared, but this is a very good 3 star hotel. The staff are very nice, the rooms are clean and the food is fair good. This hotel has got parking, which is a very important fact for me. The bus stop is 10 meters away so we get to the gondolas in 10 minutes.

I have just returned from Andorra having organised our ski trip. I visited the Hotel Encamp in December 2012 to do an inspection in preparation for this year's trip, and the welcome back was second to none. When organising the visit on a budget, I expected to sacrifice some home comforts, but Christian and his team welcomed me back with open arms and catered for our every need. The food was a particular highlight and was both adult and child friendly, with as much as you needed in a buffet style. The rooms were all en suite and perfect for our students and staff alike. There was a large games room that hosted us all most evenings with free Wifi for the children to entertain themselves together with a pool table, table football and a computer driving game. One of the waiters, Angel, also could not do enough to make our stay very easy. He was exceptionally attentive to the adults during meal times and catered for some of the children's special diets each day without reminding. If I manage to run another school ski trip, I will not be looking to go anywhere else. Thank you all.

We stayed at 4 friends in this hotel in Encamp to go skiing this winter. Considering the price we paid for the weekend which included the night in one room for 4, half board and the ski pass, this was really good and unbeatable honestly. Now for sure the diner buffet is very poor or not that nice, breakfast was really good with continental breakfast. The rooms were big enough and good bathroom (heated and hot water for 4!), the hotel staff mostly nice (very helpful reception and very nice: Rafael). The only negative point were the matress & pillow, really bad!. So if you have a low budget this is an amazing deal, just don't be exigeant on some of the details. I would go back anyway. wifi was only at the reception but free and the bus to go to the funicamp to go up the slopes was stopping next to the hotel.

The hotel was in a very quiet area, the staff was very helpful and polite at all times. The food was good, some days was better then others and very plentiful. The transport train to the ski slopes was only a 10 second walk from the front of the hotel, the train was every 20 mins. We booked our Ski hire from snowrental.com, the lady we dealt with was Eva, she was very helpful throughout the booking. The ski hire was next to the gondola to the ski slopes. Our ski passes was booked through soldeu-andorra.com, Steve from this company was more then helpful by delivering our ski passes, maps and giving us excellent advise on timings for skiing etc. We would like to give a personal thanks to everyone for an excellent skiing holiday.
