Stayed here in September for 3 nights. We paid about €32 a night for a double room with ensuite. Everything was clean and comfortable. Slept really well here. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel, but for the amount of money we paid it was fantastic value for money.
Room was okay but there is no mini-bar (= no fridge) and there is no coffee- or tea maker which is okay in a basic hotel biut not in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Bathroom needs refurbishment due to lack of maintenace. Decoration of the whole hotel reminds to hotels in the USSR in the early eighties. Breakfast (including large coffee machine) is outdated as eel
Stayed here in October which is the Andorra "quiet season" and thus got a room at a very reasonable price. Arrival at 2:30am following a coach trip from Barcelona wasn't a problem as the reception is open 24 hours and the member of staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were of a decent size although they did get quite warm in the night and, if I recall, there was no air conditioning which meant leaving the window open overnight. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of traffic noise outside from around 7 30 in the morning so be prepared to wake up early if you're a light sleeper! Bus stop with a regular service to / from the city centre almost right outside the hotel which we used frequently. Decent (free) wifi and a fitness centre (free) upstairs as well. As hotels go, this is fairly "average" but certainly did the job.
The hotel staff does not welcome guests and respond to their greetings.Maids can take things and money of tourists during the cleaning of the room. In the bathroom there is fungus, mold and dirt. Hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, close to workshops, tire service, gas station, and the construction site. Bad transport links.
We went to this hotel for it's value. Parking was a nightmare, including an elevator. Don't have a large vehicle. The room was nice we got a good night sleep. The receptionist did a awesome job. Andorra was a interesting stay.
For one night this hotel was ok. Functional.....that's the best I can say. Needs a complete makeover. Nice staff. Good price. Noisy street below. Balcony, but no outdoor furniture. Quite a walk into town, so watch out if you come back loaded with shopping!
I stayed one night in June. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Big and clean room. Comfortabel bed. It's more a 3star hotel, but for the price, It was good value. Expensive parking as probably in all hotels. It's much cheaper to park in the streets. In the street of the hotel there's enough parking.
The room was really big although the decoration was terrible. The beds were very unconfortable and on top of that, there was no wifi in the bedroom. Moreover, some of the waiters were not nice at all (lack of manners) and a although the breakfast was ok, dinner was not so nice. A lot to improve!!
Another review called it a "two dressed up as a four." That's about right. The room was suitably clean, but quite aged. The shower was strange in that the water temperature wasn't constant and the jet feature was not so great. It was €3,50 for use of the gym and sauna, which was fair, but it was all very aged. However, we weren't actually charged for use. The people were nice. The location was close enough to a small grocery and several snack bars, restaurants, and bars. We'd probably stay again should we venture back to Andorra La Vella.
The hotel is not so good located : on the top of the city. The room smell and they are very old, the bed and the mattress is not confortable. The pillow are very, very old. Taking a shower was an adventure, you don't the place for washing. You can't see the TV because it is to high on the wall. Then if you want to watch TV you have to stay on your feet ont the bed !!!!
