A nice hotel, just outside the busy centre of Andorra La Vella. We had a large well appointed room with a balcony overlooking the valley. Good breakfast, I can't comment on dinner as we ate elsewhere. Car parking was 20 EUR for the night.

It is the top hotel in Andorra La Vella and it deserved the name, as the team provide the tip top service, from hotel amenities to helpful staff. All rooms are spacious and it comes with jacuzzi and balcony. The every view from every anger are fantastic. Would definitely come back again!

Got there at 9 pm after a 12 hour mountain drive to be greeted by the door man with a very warm Hello. The same at the front desk and then OOPS At this time of the year, maybe 40% occupied and asked about dinning. Was told that it is open till 11 pm _ GREAT -- time to enjoy the outstanding huge room with balconny and views of the mountains and a cocktail. When the waiter with the ice arrived, mentioned dinner and he said that we should call for reservations !!!. Called the front desk and was put on hold, when he came back was told - they are fully book -- this is at 9:45 and he insisted that the only choice was room service-- NOT. Went to the restaurant to find only 6 tables out of maybe 40 that were being used. Spoke to the head waiter and explained that I was a guest & would like a table -- any table at 10:30 and Voila we came back at 10:30 to a great table with outstanding service and food. Lesson learned to be nice and keep asking till you get the right ans. The buffet breakfast was one of the best in Europe. Tips: use a GDS or you will never find the hotel on the side of the mountain.

The hotel is very well located in Andorra de Vella. It is very convenient for shopping. The hotel is located in extensive grounds and it has excellent facilities. Although it is in the capital it feels rural and surrounded by spectacular mountains. The reception was business like - efficient, clear, but no sense of welcome. Staff need to go on a 'smiling course'. The room was very well appointed with an excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary water on arrival but disappointed that it was not replaced - indicative of a meanness of spirit. Coffee was also available in the room from a Nespresso machine - but we had to pay €1.50 for each cup. Th sports facilities were excellent they included a very well equipped gym and friendly staff. We liked the pool bar and the pool environment. It was a good place for a snack and a glass of wine. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of food which would meet most tastes. The 'egg man' was skilled and spoke very good English. Unusually, he was also friendly. The restaurant served good food but we found it difficult to communicate with the waiting staff as they did not speak English and our Catalan reading skills and Castilian speaking skills were not up to the mark. However, the limited language skills of staff are disappointing for an hotel that purports to be five star in an international resort. One of the waiters was skilled at preparing steak tartar at the table. Overall, the hotel needs to up its game to provide a great experience for its guests. I suspect that leadership needs to improve throughout the hotel and staff need to enjoy being there for the benefit of us - the paying customers.

the service is old style. friendly but pompous. the restaurant is ok. the menu card looks attractive. the steak tartare was prepared on a portable table with flourish. from the table you look over a agreeable terras.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very large and spotless. The staff was excellent. It is a short walk to train station, shopping and restaurants. Fantastic views. 2 people in our group wanted a massage and they were able to schedule them in that very day. Great breakfast.

This is a luxury hotel in the area, short walk to the downtown, with nice restaurants, in & outdoor pools, kid's park & spa. I've chosen 3 apartments, because I'm traveling with a group of 12 people (2 adults & 2 kids in each room). The duplex apartments are very comfortable, on the first floor is 1/2 bath, 1 sofa bed, small kitchenette, tv, a huge balcony and on the 2 floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and the master bathroom. Our views of Andorra are awesome.

The hotel is located on a mountainside overlooking the city and convenient to the CBD. Most rooms have balconies that add just that little extra touch of luxury. Windows and balcony doors are double pane and therefore city noise is largely excluded. The door to my balcony did not close properly negating the effect of the double pane insulation somewhat Rooms are well equipped and the bathroom has both spa bath and shower. Breakfast was a buffet which was reasonable The only detraction in my view is that one is unable to check in until 3pm but is expected to be out by 12pm. This means one is unable to freshen up before going sightseeing/shopping and is obliged to return to the hotel to check in at 3pm interrupting the day. Car parking is good but is expensive

The Andorra park hotel was our choice to stay a night and explore Andorra - and a pretty good one too. The rooms were spacious with nice wooden floors - modern'ish design - exceptional mountain views . There was a good size terrace / balcony in standard rooms . Location is perfect to have a short walk to city - particularly using the short cut thru parking next to the department store right in front. Spa and treatments were reasonably priced with 75 e / treatment, great place to buy cosmetics - alcohol was below barcelona airport prices. Enjoy hiking - scenery and specialty shopping....

Located in a great location right in the middle of the town and overlooking the valley. To get to the entrance of the resort bikers enjoy a 100m steep hill, but are awarded ample and secure parking space right in front of the building. Resort has a contemporary design. Guest rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Guest rooms in building which houses the restaurant and bar don't have balconies, guest rooms in the other building have large balconies with superior views. Service was attentive and friendly. Easy access to fast WiFi. Breakfast was the best on a one week tour throughout the Pyrenees with everything one would expect available (enjoyed being seated on the outdoor terrace right in the middle of the garden). One of the unique features of the resort was the outdoor swimming pool with its design blended into the rocks with are adjacent to the pool....a very nice touch. Definitely a place to return to when next visiting Andorra
