Stayed here for just one night to see what Andorra had to offer. We were very surprised at how nice the hotel was and how awesome the views from the rooms were. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and Jacuzzi tub were great and the spa facilities were very nice (and not crowded). The breakfast was included and was one of the best I've ever had. It is in a great location on top of the town with easy access to the town. Walking out the back gate of the hotel grounds you can take a mall parking garage elevator down from the 5th floor to the street level so you don't have to climb the hill. The mall has a grocery store and a food court too that may be convenient to some. I'm not sure if we hit this in the slow season but the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and anxious to please.
This hotel has everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel. We stayed here for two days, for both business and pleasure. The look of the hotel is minimalistic, elegant with views to the mountains that really adds extra value. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing! The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and lots of space to hang your clothes. If you are into pillows this hotel sure offers many different ones for a good night sleep. Curtains and different light options were preset and all controlled from the bed, a great option to have. I would recomend to order breakfast to the room, the breakfast dining area downstairs was pretty small and noisy. The hotel offers a wide range of options in their breakfast menu, all was very fresh and good quality. Staff was very friendly and proffessional and we had a great stay! I would highly recomend a stay at this hotel, especially for business. The only minus i can think of is that you had to pay extra for the indoor parking, even if it was a good space.
Excellent hotel, true 5 star. Quality of the rooms, spacious and comfortable with a spectacular mountain balcony. Very professional and above all friendly employees. Very good breakfast. The activity advisory service is very helpful
MISSION FOR RETURNS Let us be frank with you - I want to repeat this wonderful experience of staying at the hotel, not once. Andorra itself left is an incredible emotions. The hotel is fully consistent with the country. In general, do not get distracted))). 1_________________________Location The location is excellent. Even if you are without a car, it will be easy. Walking distance to the center and the promenade is only about 15 minutes may seem that the hotel is located in the side and on the outskirts, but it is not. For example, right out the window number you can see the entrance to the mall Pirryneus, by walk 3 minutes. Shopaholics will be happy. The famous Caldea termal Andorra 5 minutes by car, on foot - 20 minutes. Baths recommend to all - and experienced connoisseurs and beginners. 2_________________________Car The parking is quite expensive (20 euros per night), but given the fact that in general there is no place to park in Andorra (in the understanding of normal parking along the road), it turns out okay. Parking underground, very comfortable, normal size. Note that in the mountains (Andorra - an extremely rugged terrain) your GPS (Garmin, for example) may not work correctly due to differences in altitude. Better to use Google maps before the trip do not forget to download the map))). 3_________________________Food The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Excellent choice of food, drinks, service quality. 4_________________________Staff They are Considerate as far as possible. The language barrier is absent. The staff speak any language of your choice (Russian, Spanish, English, French). We would not be surprised if there was a man at the reception speaking in Hebrew. All fast, easy, easy. 5_________________________Room It is Large, bright, good planned. A Bathroom is huge. Good cosmetics. It is not often you can see a bathroom with two separate fenced off clear glass stall shower and toilet, with a jacuzzi. Bravo! Cleaning wonderful. 6_________________________Spa & fitness Spa is small and somewhat weak for such a hotel, but, in general, well, a large swimming pool compensates for this drawback. 7_________________________Results Great hotel recommend to anyone who likes a great view of the mountains, proximity to the center and just a relaxing stay. Minor flaws in a slightly outdated design and furniture can be neglected. Believe the word, that once having been in this hotel you will appreciate its location and the special atmosphere of relaxation. By the way, in the lobby evenings with live music and piano.
We got a suite, the room was big and nice, facilities correct. People at the reception desk very helpfull. From the garden you can acces directly to town with the lift of a public garage which is comfortable. A nice spa, and a big indoor swiming pool, that wasn't crowded at all, so we could enjoy.
this is a good in town hotel its location is nice and quiet but you need to access it though a couple elevators which in cold weather can be impractical. the rooms are clean very spacious and comfortable and quite well priced. the spa is excellent. the breakfast is just perfect in this hotel and i imagine that in the summer this is very pleasant too. the gastronomic restaurant was outstanding but i regretted not to have the possibility of eating in another restaurant at lunch or diner. the receptions rooms are spacious but lack atmosphere. the rooms have views and are bright. internet is included in the rates.
Been for 2 nights,it was very good staying Great rooms very big and clean The location is great The breakfast is nice, the food is good The lobby is comfort the service is fast Very good choice at Andorra
This is one of the better hotel visits that I have experienced. The price was appropriate in comparison to what you got. The service was nice and the room was beyond our expectation. The sports area with the pool and fitness were also good. Lastly, the location of the hotel was superb, with an elevator that could take you down to the street level of the city, and a nice view of valley from the hotel room.
We decided to stop in Andorra on our return to Toulouse. The hotel was comfortable but it was difficult to find the entrance. Parking was available but the spaces are small and tight. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and dinner was very good, although a bit pricey. The room was very comfortable and view spectacular. Unfortunately, Andorra did not seem to be must more than a shopping Mecca, although we took some time to see some historical sights.
We stayed here on our way from Barcelona to France. It was well located close to the shopping centre. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was very expensive but well presented food -small quantities so in hindsight would not have booked. Rooms were very roomy with nice variety of toiletries. Big bathroom and shower and a nice balcony. We had a junior suite.no ambience as not many people staying in the hotel this time of year -October.
