The manager was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel is very nice and looks new. It's clean and modern. The breakfast was very good.

Even though under renovation we were pleased with our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok with exception of sausage which was not edible. Plastic cutlery very flimsy and not practical at all.

They stuck us in a room that was obviously still under construction. We had to go around plastic to even get in our door. Very odd, for the price of a night I felt the room should've been more prepared for guests.
Whenever we come to Anderson for a Hoosier Park weekend - we always book our room here~ This hotel is very clean, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Their complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have ever had! Everything they serve is delicious - AND the scrambled eggs are real - not precooked as so many are! A huge array of items to eat and all-day coffee make this one of the best! Their cook is also amazing and so friendly ~ She has been there for years and I always enjoying seeing her and saying hello!

The room was just ok. The carpet had stains and the pull out sofa bed was horrible. The matress on it was so thin, you could feel the springs. It
The ro hadn't been swept. The drawers were dirty the walls in the bathroom were dirty. There was no breakfast just coffee behind the front desk.
Worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to. Tv did not work, bathroom wasn’t clean. I cldnt get staff to answer the phone as I was hoping to get another room. Terrible!
