The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to help us with plans for the evening. In the morning, the breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and greeted us, kept the food area stocked and clean, and was sure to wish us a great day before we left. We will choose this location again!
Nice hotel. We have stayed at the hotel in the past. This go-around we hit a few bumps in the road but nothing major. Second day of stay, the room was cleaned and all the used towels were collected but no new news left. The Tv wasn’t wasn’t working and the staff had to come into the room to fix it.
Rooms not that clean and comfortable on this visit. One roomed smelled of smoke and had to change room. No bottled water available in hotel for 3 days. Breakfast rather lacking.
The food service staff was excellent, the room was clean. I was very disappointed that the wifi did not work in our room, I had some work to do, I had to go to the sitting room near the front desk to do it. The hot tub was a good temperature the first day, but not bubbly. The next day, it was more like lukewarm bath water and not bubbly.
We arrived with a reservation but on the late side, so all other king rooms had been taken except the one by the pool. Dreading the pool noise, I asked Tamara, the counter clerk, if there was a queen room we could have instead. She took the time to check on a room and accommodated us with quickly with a smile.
