Had hidden Chargers terrible experience will never stay again

Proximity to Disneyland is nice. Able to park vehicle at hotel and walk to Resort entrance. Also many dining choices close to hotel.

Clean and quiet, I can’t complain. I spent good time

There wasn't really anything unique except for the fact that there were randoms ants scattered throughout the room. The list of dislikes wouldn't fit in this comment box.

The property is old. The hallway carpet was disgusting, the carpet in our room looked fine, as clean as I'd expect a room to be. Only one elevator was operating and no one I talked to knew an expected repair on the 2nd. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and nice staff. I’ve been here multiple times and I will come back again.

They stole my wifes jewelry bag out of our toiltry bag. Room was nice enough for the price. Bunch of scum stealing peoples things

The room I stayed in had a lot of water damage, floor to ceiling. The A/C unit was leaking water and soaked almost half of the room.

Staff was nice, the hotel was disgusting and not clean. Very upset

Overpriced for what you are actually getting as far as a hotel. Rooms are not like the pictures. You are basically just paying for the location.

The breakfast selection was delicious. The hotel rooms were comfy. Only complaint was the air conditioning unit was a little slow at heating up the room initially. Otherwise awesome place.

Close to Disneyland but out of date and needs to be cleaner.

Didn’t like that there were dirty room service dishes left in the hallway the entire time of our stay, 4 days. That was disgusting. Bathroom wasn’t always thoroughly cleaned either.

I liked the location near Disneyland. I didn't like that there was not a hot tub.

People on front desk was friendly. Furniture needs to be change.
