NOT as advertised! Homeless people living in the parking lot, trash all over the place… the room was sparse and very dated. Faucet leaked, window coverings didn’t cover the window and they had stains on them, the office chair arms were about to fall off. I asked the office for an extra pillow…no extras. I asked for an extra blanket…no extras. Our room window was facing a VERY loud street, and the door was about 3 feet from an ice machine and vending machine. People were smoking a few feet from the rooms, the east chair was dirty and frayed …it was just gross.
The property is ok, quiet, safe and no problem with parking. However, it would be more convenient (for disabled person) if there is another elevator at the other end of the property for rooms on the other end instead of just one near the office.
Near attractions and amusement parks, not walkable distance! Great if you have a car

We aren’t very picky when it comes to hotels as long as the inside is clean. This go around was unacceptable! There was stains on the bed comforter, burn marks(non-smoking room), the sheets had some marks, the wall next to the bathroom had like a big sofa/coffee maybe stain like if a cup fell and dropped down, the carpets on the edges still had some sort of dirty on the floor. Didn’t even stay there went to another hotel. we lost out on a night because they said we had been in there more than 30min (definitely was not) so disgusting. Went to go talk to the night manager & he said the best he can do is switch us rooms & give us one day back. Not to say the rooms are soooo outdated there’s even build up of excess pee in the toilet bowl. Like I said we aren’t very picky when it come to hotels this one was definitely the worst I’ve ever was going to stay In.
The front desk attendant, the room and pool were all pleasant. Free continental breakfast was sufficient. After dark, I wouldn’t venture out if the hotel. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy after dark.
Rooms were nice and they had comfy beds. The breakfast was only a few items.
Property was easy to find. The room was clean, but the shower pressure was very little, the iron was missing and the hair dryer was weak. Easy check in and easy check out. Breakfast was very simple, I wish there was a hot option like eggs, waffles, and more produce.

The positives are that the room has a microwave and a larger than usual hotel refrigerator. It is quieter through the night than most motels I've stayed in. The negatives are just affirmation of what other reviewers have stated. There were random ants in the bath sink and toilet area, however one night we came in and there was a line of ant inside the bathtub. Mind you we were on the 3rd floor room and still managed to have ants. Also, as others pointed, there were visible piles of discarded mattress and full trash bags by the parking area. Additionally every morning is a collection of housekeeping carts right at the bottom of our staircase making it very cumbersome to navigate especially with lugage.
The hotel was very nice, it was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also, there was continental breakfast there, which meant we didn't have to go get breakfast from somewhere else and both my husband and I appreciated very much. The room was nice, everything worked, nothing appeared to be out of order. Lovely place to stay!

I have stayed at this property before. It might be under new management, When I checked in (using an outside window, even at 3:00pm), the clerk was slow and not terribly friendly. Even taking a call or two while checking me in. Once I got to my room, it was...odd...The Desk was at the foot of the bed, leaving maybe 2 feet to get to the bathroom, and yet there was a rolling desk chair blocking the way. Not terribly safe... The room had both a walk in shower, and a shower/tub combo. The odd configuration of light switches was interesting. The property itself was a little dingy and dirty. There were many people on the balconies smoking pot (non smoking property), lots of noise throughout the night, discarded room furniture in the parking lot, even an old toilet along side the building where my room was. When the sheets were changed the next morning, I noticed several spot on them (blood perhaps)..I packed up and left early. Disappointing all the way around. Not like my other stays. Not sure I'd book again

Thank you for the valuable feedback. Unfortunately Covid limited our breakfast, we hope to have a more complete breakfast again soon.
