Stayed a couple nights to go to Disneyland. Wasn’t a bad walk from the hotel to Disneyland at all. And good dining options close by as well. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. Will stay here again for sure.

WiFi didn’t work , tv didn’t work , horrible beds and no power for like 6 hrs !!! Ac didn’t work !!! Just a horrible experience! Definitely never staying here again

This is our first time staying here. I would say the staff were friendly, fast, and efficient. The cleaning ladies are sweet as well and always kept us stock. As for the property, the building itself it’s something else. The rooms are super outdated and there was a lot of damages. The couches were super dirty. There were stains that were super noticeable. The Hallways smelled like mold and cheese!The worst part of it all! The AC!! It automatic so you have noooo control. Parking was also 20 tax for each day. Which doesn’t make sense. But it business. Would I stay here again. Only if I’m in desperate need! But the Staff again were amazing help.

Horrible wifi

Arrived about 10pm to find people in the small lobby, some sleeping, children lying about… software was down and one staff member was unable to check anybody in for over an hour (that we waited) where was management ?! Pool was closed. Breakfast cancelled due to staff being off. Room itself was good, the member of staff looked to be trying his best, but lack of support and management, no organisation, seemed to cause big issues. Would not stay here again.

It needs updating

Didn't get the room we requested. I even called the hotel before booking to confirm we are getting the right room and when we arrived they put us in the wrong room. There was nothing they could do about it. Room and hallway smelled like smoke. The head housekeeper even came up to confirm yet there was "nothing they could do about it." Asked for extra towels and they never came so I had to go down to front desk and get them. WiFi never worked while we were there, 3 nights. Bathroom drain didn't drain well. Pretty run down overall. Dirty furniture. Holes in drapes and black out curtains. Phone didn't work. Overall pretty poor experience. Won't stay there EVER again and we go to Anaheim annually.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel but at the same quiet and somewhat safe for Ca. We were off by the freeway and Disneyland and many restaurants around and the hotel is very quiet and the staffs are friendly when checked in. Hotels are somewhat close by but has to pay $18 a day but that’s expected for Ca

Family friendly rooms as long as you are on floor 2 or lower given the lack of window screen and child proof window. Convenient location to the Disney parks and restaurants. I have stayed here prior to Covid and have been satisfied. Unfortunately I can't say the same right now. We stay at the Disney parks until closing and with young children, we missed the "sack breakfast" each morning that ended at 8am. Not sure why a cold sack breakfast can't be handed out after 8am. We had no maid service and had two mornings without clean towels. I was charged for an extra day and am waiting to get this resolved. Upon check in, we had to ask to change rooms due to the room looking as if it wasn't done being cleaned (mop in bathroom with dirty towels on floor, old milk in fridge, dirty floors). Not to mention a family friend who was staying in a different room from ours, walked to the lobby and said his card was not working and gave them our room number. Without question, he was given a card to our room. This is concerning as anyone could have said this and been given access to any room. Overall, we were dissatisfied.

Hotel Is old and the Bathroom had water leaks, staff was ok not the kind of service I would expect from a Wyndham property. They should not attach their name to this location as the service and overall condition of the property tarnishes it. I don't recommend this location if you intend on spending any time at the facility. a few bucks more gets you much better service and facility. only plus side is that it is a short walk to the parks.
