The room was smelling like smoke and the smell was worst in bathroom. The wash basin was leaking. There were insects and mosquitos flying in the room. There was no coffee machine and no closet for keeping cloths and no iron/iron board.

I got this room not expecting a lot, thinking it was likely that there would be things that disappointed me, but I was on a budget. The room itself looked like it was recently remodeled, trashed by a guest, and then fixed by a 4-year-old. The things that I didn't like included cigarette burns on the linens, lack of garbage can, wall scuffs and patched holes, dirty ceiling, dirty headboard, the way the front door didn't fit the frame and left a big gap underneath, the random furniture (an office chair and a full-sized kitchen table) that looked like it was picked up off a curb on garbage day, the way the drawers all had graffiti inside them, the light bulb that was too dark in the bathroom, the way the microwave cord didn't reach the plug from on top of the fridge so that I had to take it physically over to the nightstand to plug it in. Then there was the lady, who met some guy and brought him into her room for a transactional get-together and the druggie-looking guy throwing snap firecrackers off the balcony. There was also the jacket hanging off a door handle, which at this point I took be some sort of signal. I could probably list more. In all, I didn't feel totally safe, and woke up every time I heard someone shuffle past my room. Then in the morning, I saw families and vacationers ready to visit Disney. Just bizarre. Overall, it was just a bit too sketchy for the money and even though I got out of there fine, I was pretty turned off by the whole thing.

excellent staff. towel cleanliness a bit disappointing

Good staff. No stopper plug in sink drain. Not enough blanket

All in very decent state for the price... very good person in the manager...good location to commute around and to access highways... in the center of easy restaurant reacheability... on route 39

Although the property manager was very accommodating with a last minute situation, the property itself is in very poor condition. There was plenty of parking, but there was trash all over and a few things on the ground that pointed to prostitution going on around there. A few seedy individuals were around also. The room was clean, but no hot water, or hair dryer. I wouldn’t recommend staying at any of the hotels In this area

I want to start by saying that the gentleman at the counter who checked us in, was very kind and helpful. The room itself was not clean (a whole fingernail-not a clipping) was found on the nightstand upon arrival, what appeared to be a cockroach on the bathroom floor was scooped up and flushed down the toilet, and when I went to wash my hands there was not only no soap available (not even the complimentary tiny paper wrapped bar) and I hadn’t brought any- assuming there would be some provided. Additionally, when I went to turn on the bathroom faucet, there was a short black curly hair on the handle. Ick. I’m normally not one to leave a bad review, but I have stayed in many ‘inexpensive’ morels before and this one was the worst. We would have left, but it was late and we were exhausted. The next morning, we woke up early to shower and get on our way. The bathroom plug didn’t work, so I had to use a random wall plug to dry my hair.. in doing so must have overloaded their power capacity and all the power went out in our room. I had to go to the front desk, and wake the poor gentleman up to get him to reset the circuit for our room.. and then he said he’d stand outside our room until I was done blow drying my hair in case it happened again. (Which thankfully, it didn’t). I understand that often times you get what you pay for.. but it was still a disappointment, considering the decent reviews I saw online when booking the room.

Best are the ammenities ínide the rôm... from lamp to furniture

Good service. Open late for check In. Polite staff

Its a nice hotel they with good customer service. There's a lot of places near-by. Location was great between amusement pack for less than 12 bucks you can make it to Disneyland on uber .

It has been such a pleasure staying here because my partner and I have been running across the most rude , uncaring, and down lright mean people ever since we have been just trying to survive in Califirnia ever since we became homeless, but this is the very first hotel we have stayed at that not only had an amazing and friendly staff, but they treated me like a person again. It has been a long time since any hotel treated me like a valued customer and his wife and him have done for us what no one else would do. They saw the situation we were in and instead of just telling us we had to go they are making it so we can stay longer. I recommend this place above anywhere else. If they had weekly or monthly rates we would no longer have to be searching for a place to stay. Between Robin and my SSI Check I believe we could afford a monthly rate if they offered it.
