In my first room my sink started to leak all over the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk they were not willing to give me a new room. I was persistent and finally they gave in. I asked for a non smoking room. The new room was a smoking room and reeked. They were not willing to give any ...
Bathtub leaked all night.. elevator in building we stayed sounded super screechy like it didn’t have much life left and breakfast buffet was awful and overpriced..p.s. parking is rediculous and it’s $18 a day ..staff was great on the positive side.
This is our 3rd time staying at the Anaheim Red Lion and I’m not sure if we’re going to stay here next time. Several things that I noticed about the hotel this time around was how loud the AC unit is in our room and how you could smell exhaust fumes when we ran the AC. The pool and the surrounding ...
My stay started up super positive, with a most warm welcome by Mark at Front Desk. But that is about the only positive thing I have to say about the Lemon Tree Hotel. I am still surprised by the 3 Star rating, I don't think it actually is a 2 Star, maybe 2 1/2 if they fix some issues. Room Quality, ...
We liked how close to Disneyland it was. The shuttle was convenient. It is also close enough to walk as well. It would be nice if it were more of a continental breakfast. But, what they did provide was very good.
Hotel was very nice. I was not pleased with the wifi as I had to work while in town. It never worked. Even the facility they provide was hard to understand. I didn't figure it out until I was leaving and I had many people come up to me asking me how to get online so, I helped them all. The pool was very dirty. The room was cleaned and no more toilet paper was left so, we had to call to get more late at night. The hotel was in a good location and facility was clean and inviting.
Hotel is dated but clean. No where did anyone mention it was under repair so we were woken up by hammering. You can hear everything right outside the door and anyone going up or down stairs where our room was located. Walkable to Disneyland to save on parking.
Our stay was very good. It was our first experience as a family away from home we rested there for two days and my children really enjoyed it, the cleanliness is good, a very good breakfast with many options, the option to choose what time it seemed very good but it is better to choose to eat A little earlier to have no trouble finding a place to sit and enjoy the delicious breakfast. The attention was very good and they were very kind and ready to help when they needed it.
We had an easy check-in after a long day at Disneyland. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy.
