Liked the large apartment size, beds were comfortable. Shower terrible: Barely any pressure. Mold in shower. Check in person was horrible. Incredibly rude. Never been spoken to like that before. Concierge made a big error on our taxi to airport so it didn’t show up. Created a lot of unnecessary stress.
Right next to the railway track, very noisy. Location is relatively central.
Nice space but black mold In bath tub and very uncomfortable at night because it was too hot and we couldn't control temp. When we called the front desk suggested opening a window but it didn't help. No garage to park car and street parking was expensive . Ok location

Hello Tamara, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the room was not too comfortable. It is a residential area and the neighbours are against a noisy AC unit, so unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. We do always hope people realize it when they book our apartments and keep it in mind. We've already treated the windows with a special coating to stop the worst of it. Parking is at a premium anywhere in Amsterdam and only the truly big (and expensive) hotels have their own parking areas. There are some parking garages we usually recommend, but they are some way away from the apartment. Tobe honest, I would never recommend taking a car into or near the Amsterdam city center. Housekeeping usually informs us about such mold since it needs a special remover. I'll put it on the schedule right away, thank you for alerting us. With kind regards, Gerrit, concierge
