Clean and comfortable--suitable for an overnight stay for a morning flight.The only hitch was a section of lights in our corridor not working, which made for an uneasy passage. Staff said they were aware and trying to determine the cause of the problem.
This is an older airport hotel area with multiple franchises. BW has dark and small halls and rooms. Excellent airport shuttle service in the morning. excellent mattresses. Good value for the money. I stand here about 7 years ago when I lost a connection. Noting changed in the meantime.
The staff at the reception as well as at the restaurant and bar were very kind and helpful. Initially at my check-in they gave me an accessible room, not because I had asked for it but I suppose based on the fact that I use a walker. Nonetheless, as soon as I saw the bathroom in the room originally given, I went back to the reception and asked them to switch me because I'm also very short and the accessible bathroom had a high toilet that would not be easy for me to use. The new room they gave me had a lower toilet, however it did not in my perspective looked clean. The curtains seemed very dirty, with stains at the bottom that looked like a badly cleaned of someone's vomit. The room-desk as well as the bed-side tables were also very dusty. At least the bathroom was reasonably clean, however the towels were very hard and small. Considering that Best Western Hotel as a brand is well known for offering clean rooms for guests your particular hotel needs improvement in terms of cleanliness.
Great location close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle bus is very convenient and goes every half hour. Room is spacious and clean. No restaurant and no pool as shown in some websites. Wished they would use fitted sheets as the flat sheets come loose all the time but nice place to spend the night.

A clean, somewhat modern, reasonable hotel option near the airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport as well. There is also a lovely walking path behind the hotel that is a good way to start the morning, smell some flowers and see some pollinators. There is also a bus station nearby, although some folks take the shuttle bus back to the airport to take transit from there.
I liked being picked up at the airport and being returned in the morning for our flight. Bathroom was up 1/2 a step and shower did not have a curtain or enclosure and water was all over the place. It looked like a remodeling of a 1960's era hotel. They would not let you control the air conditioning or heating in the room. I like a blower on and I could not turn it on. It was OK for one night.

WiFi speed on top (5th) floor is one tenth speed in lobby, almost unusable. Received no heat in room radiator during a cool April. Staff had no solution to cold room other than room change.
During the checking, the front desk clark (African American lady) showed terrible attitude and one point of conversation she made face and said”is this the way I should smile “. She was miss-behaving not just me but with others. Most likely she needs attitudes and behavior training!
