I traveled with 3 groups of people and booked 3 rooms with varied sleeping arrangements. When I got to the hotel, I found out one of the rooms did not have as many beds as I had booked online. Initially, I was forced to deal with the situation simply by the concierge telling me they had no other rooms to sleep 3. 10 minutes after being in the room they called saying that they could upgrade my room to a larger room and possibly give me an additional cot. [...] There was a big pay difference between the room that I received and the room I wanted. At this point I had to negotiate to get breakfast for all groups and paid what seemed like more than the normal rate. Overall, this transaction would've been easier if they simply gave me another room for the misinformation. [...] Customer Service outside of the U.S. is very different. All should be aware.
The hotel is quite far from the Airport
the service and accomodastions were clean and very comfortable...great shuttle service and no complaints
Advertised as "Best Western Airport" we did not think we would have a 38 euro cab ride to get there. When we arrived, I saw a Best Western Shuttle, and we thought we'd get to our hotel right away. It was for another Best Western. I called the information desk at the airport and was told that a specific city bus would take us to the hotel, which we looked for. After waiting for almost 2 hours and speaking to several bus drivers, we found out that the bus we needed didn't run at night. We took a taxi[...]. We have stayed in Best Westerns in several countries and the US, but this experience made us wary of [...] Best Western in the future. It should not be called Best Western Airport if you incur a $50 taxi charge to get there.
