Stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Hotel located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Despite being a city hotel, it has a very nice outdoor pool Food could be better, below 4 stars standard

I had been there for two nights, the hotel is nice, sttaf educated and ready to help. I recommend it as it's close to many restaurants and services. Very clean, good price and quality. Food is not expensive.

Stayed few nights at the hotel on business visit. The facilities are alright but they need to a do a bit of housekeeping to improve facilities. The good thing it's close to business areas but rather than a sleep over which was relaxant for me don't think it's a holiday place. The breakfast was good and there is a disco at the night which is fine to relax down.

Hotel is good, and reception employees were so friendly specially Ms. Sara so cooperated. Room is good, but air condition was very poor, telephone was disconnected and after asking to repair it. Pool was good and very clean, but the sun was burning. Overall review, good and I recommend to stay in a good area and silence

Staff nice but two big problems: 1. Always the same food. 2. There is a disco on 1th floor and you can hear the noise since 10 pm untill 3 pm. It´s imposible sleeping if you are below 6th floor and there are only 7 floors. And remember, it´s probably you are coming from a long day walking or travelling through the country and need sleep.

We had an upgraded deluxe room. It was large enough, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. Free Wifi. Thursday nights and Fridays are prime times for wedding parties with noisy music shaking the lobby and rooms.

This was the Hotel we stayed in at the beginning and end of our Tour of Jordan with Exodus. It was adequate, with some rooms more acceptable than others. The Hotel has seen better days and is in need of refurbishment. It is situated on the outskirts of the City center and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Had two stays here, first room was reasonable but the second was amazing, if only we had had the long stay in the second room our impressions and rating may have been different. The hotel seemed a long way from anywhere but we did not have enough time to explore the locality so this may not be the case. Breakfast was good without being outstanding.

The facilities are wide ranging (restaurants. Pool, spa etc)and rooms are fairly large and largely clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. Bar area comfy and friendly staff with reasonable prices on food/drink. This is my 4th night here in 2 weeks and overall, not bad.... However, plenty of things could be improved: - bathrooms could be finished off a little better. Fittings are fitted roughshod. Gaps in tile work, sink plugs dirty and slow to drain etc - rooms are ready for a new lick of paint and soon an update to a more modern look - Hair dryers in some rooms are dirty and need upgrading/replacing - A/c units need a clean - Lock on my door is broken and dead lock does not work - swimming pool and spa facilities need modernising. Time for a refurb as lockers are rusty, door handles missing, (I almost got locked in the scalding steam room as indoor door handle has been snapped off), jacuzzi not fully functioning - only one jet in one of the 4 separate corners even works), pool sides chipped and beds etc looking tired - Front desk staff are helpful, but don't fall over themselves to go the extra mile. One member of staff was busy fiddling away on her mobile in the back, while people queued at the desk. - Porters/bell boys will let you stand around for over half an hour and won't make any attempt to help you call a cab. Be warned - Thursday nights and weekends are prime times for weddings with much joyous noise shaking the lobby and dining areas and the mosque next door will wake you at 4am. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but not what I would expect from a 4* establishment.
