We were looking for a modest hotel downtown, and that is what we got. The room was dark but clean. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, with both Middle-Eastern and Western dishes. One detraction was that there was a lot of construction, and it was not well delineated. At one point we went down in an elevator toward a restaurant and we ended up in a construction area. Also there was noise all day long under our window.
We stayed for almost 3 weeks. Loved the food and convenience. Our room was a bit dated and did need some repair, BUT it was ALWAYS clean. At first was nervous about the security, but found that it gave me peace of mind. The staff is really nice and helpful always. The airlines lost our luggage for 6 days, the laundry service washed our 1 change of clothes everyday and returned to us quickly. The location for us was great. There were restaurants in the hotel, but also all around. Pharmacy close, Store close. If I were to go back to Amman, Jordan I would definitely stay there again.
Our tour group of 8 stayed here for several days. It was comfortable, good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants, sufficiently serviced for our purposes, reasonably priced... I'd stay there again.
We stayed here for 3 nights during our tour of Jordan. It’s a clean, if slightly jaded, hotel. The rooms are decent, without being fabulous. Coffee and tea (in limited quantities) available in room. The breakfast buffet was extremely good.
Stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Hotel located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Despite being a city hotel, it has a very nice outdoor pool Food could be better, below 4 stars standard

I had been there for two nights, the hotel is nice, sttaf educated and ready to help. I recommend it as it's close to many restaurants and services. Very clean, good price and quality. Food is not expensive.
Stayed few nights at the hotel on business visit. The facilities are alright but they need to a do a bit of housekeeping to improve facilities. The good thing it's close to business areas but rather than a sleep over which was relaxant for me don't think it's a holiday place. The breakfast was good and there is a disco at the night which is fine to relax down.
Hotel is good, and reception employees were so friendly specially Ms. Sara so cooperated. Room is good, but air condition was very poor, telephone was disconnected and after asking to repair it. Pool was good and very clean, but the sun was burning. Overall review, good and I recommend to stay in a good area and silence
Staff nice but two big problems: 1. Always the same food. 2. There is a disco on 1th floor and you can hear the noise since 10 pm untill 3 pm. It´s imposible sleeping if you are below 6th floor and there are only 7 floors. And remember, it´s probably you are coming from a long day walking or travelling through the country and need sleep.
