Had to wait for staff to return to desk when trying to check in, no staff visible or bell to ring Breakfast area too crowded, difficult to get at food, not enough seating

I apologize that you did not see the front desk staff upon your arrival, there should of been a sign to call the guest Services Representative as duties sometimes do take them away from the desk momentarily. We went up to visit friends in New Brunswick and to go to an air show in Prince Edward Island, this hotel was in the perfect location.
