The room was decently clean but there was holes all in the comforter and the pillows are terrible. The beds are hard and very old. My sister also stayed here and her van got stolen. Their security cameras dont work so there is no security what so ever
The bed was so uneven it caused my husband and I to roll to the right all night....
Good place to sleep. Not dirty. Staff was friendly. Bed was uncomfortable but I'm a very light sleeper.. if i ever go back to Amarillo I'd stay here again.
Holes in blankets and dead little bugs around. Also found trash under the bed.
They were very rude to me in office couldn't get in a room because of a deposit that needed to be paid
Although the property is old & worn, it is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent value for the low cost.
LOCATION was great. Room cleanliness after long drive was great. HOWEVER: Under Amenities, the property lists POOL. It was dry and sign saying CLOSED. NO water meant not in service for a while! When you have a pool that does not work, and you adveritise it as an AMENITIY, you need to either DISCOUNT $5 at checkin, or LIST IT AS "SEASONAL" with the dates of the OPEN/CLOSED days listed.
Good staff. Rooms are disappointing. Older TV micowave needs cleaning.
It was a roof over my head after my car accident & was convenient for the friend who dropped me off & picked me up
Drove for 1100 miles and needed a place to get a few hours of shut-eye. At $35 a night, I was impressed. Laminate flooring so no lingering odors, clean shower facilities, clean linen, and a comfy enough bed to get uninterrupted sleep. What more could you ask for? Other hotels should follow suit.
I’ve stayed in many hotels of all kinds and all prices. I like this one. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, the front desk woman was at my room door within 3 minutes or less.
The stay over all was good. No luxury palace for sure but a serviceable overnight rest stop. Like that it was pet friendly. It is located in a good place in relations to food and shopping.
For a $30 hotel it’s old but clean and comfortable. If your on a budget it’s excellent to get a good nights rest. Smells clean and worth it for the price.
The bed was hard.. we did have trouble with The faucet but they did fix it. Not enough towels but you do get what you pay for.

Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure when you stayed but I don't see any reports of any vehicles being stolen. We are in the better part of the town and this is not normal. Please report things like this to the front desk or police.

Thank you Anonymous for your feedback. Please let us know during your stay so we can make it better. I assure you this is not the norm for our hotel. Please say something to the front desk so we can attempt to correct any issues. With our summer being hotter than normal, we have had an increase in insects. To combat, we have increased our Terminix service from monthly to weekly. We hope you will give us another chance to give you a better experience the next time you are in town.
