Not a very pleasing environment. THis is an old motel doors opening from outside.

Just passing through town. The hotel was centrally located resurants close by.

See above please it sums up my greatest complaint.

This is one of the older La Quintas. Access to the rooms is from the outside. The thermostat was set at 82 when I first entered the room. The table in the room I had was old and very unstable. The TV programming was very limited. There was no information visable about surrounding restaurants or things to do.

A reasonable room in a busy city. Only fast food chains in walking distance.

Door was jammed. The room smelled unpleasant and found out there was molds in the bathroom...

Everything was very nice except for the construction noise next door. It's temporary, I'm sure and didn't detract from the comfort of the room.

I booked La Quinta West in Amarillo for my cross country drive so I could have internet service i.e. get my work completed after being on the road. This hotel had NO wifi service was extremely noisy and my room was very dirty. I asked the front desk about these issues and was told there was nothing they could do about them. I would have changed hotels but it was late and I have night blindness. I stay in Amarillo quite often and would not recommend La Quinta. As a matter of fact, I will be calling La Quinta's corporate office on Monday to request compensation.

Very disappointed. Room was not clean. Toilet ran constantly. Very loud. Maid would leave our TV on and all lights! Plus our curtains would be wide we copen when me back every evening. Kinda creepy. The last evening we returned at 7:30 or so and our room had never been touched! Front desk didn't care! Said take it up with mngt in morning. We had no clean towels! WE LEFT!!!!

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and the staff was friendly. The facility was weathered and could use some TLC. There were a lot of cigarettes buds all over by the elevator. The room was in better condition than the exterior with updates in furnishings and colors however, upon closer examination the cleanliness of the room was an issue. There were stains on the bedding.

it was a good experience. it was a nice hotel . friendly staff.

The hotel met wiyh my expectations and well servewr my purpose for the holiday.

Nice old time motel, nothing special. Just a stop on the interstate.

Bath room was small, bed was comfortable. Don't come for the breakfast. Old outside door motel, at the low end of La Quintas It's okay for the night.

Our stay here was ok. Room was clean. There were a lot of children at the pool who made quite a bit of noise after dark. We left with a flat on our new car because there seemed to be an Exacto knife stuck in our tire. Have no proof on how that happened. Weird.

Convenient for stopping on way to Austin. Clean, quiet. Breakfast average, continental fare. Staff friendly and efficient. Price is fine for a short overnight stay. Could have used a small fridge in room, however.

I have stayed here twice before. The hotel is a good place to break-up a semi-routine trip. There is a Thai restaurant across the street.

Perfectly fine and at a good price. I checked in late, slept late, and didn't take advantage of the pool or other resources, but as a place to stop on the road it was great.

Nice clean hotel, not worth $80 a night but when we needed help with a burned out light they fixed it quickly.

The staff was excellent and the room was clean; however; it is a very old building with very little insulation in the walls. Children running up and down sidewalks till very late in the night and again at 3:30 am with no parent supervision - parents were also very loud. Would not choose this motel again.
