I set the Orbitz app for Hereford, Texas and booked a room. It slipped into Canyon Texas. Close but NOT where I wanted to be. I did not realize that until I was notified I was going to Canyon Texas. NOT where I wanted to go. Holiday Inn was kind enough to help me remedy the situation at no cost. Thank you Holiday Inn in Hereford Texas!

The overall quality and the great night’s sleep was welcomed after a long day on the road. When in Canyon, I will most likely stay here.
Efficient, friendly staff, excellent location. There's something for everyone at breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were sinful!

Horrible Covid precautions. No hotel guests wearing masks in common areas. Signs everywhere saying masks required in common areas. I even said something to the front desk and she said she doesn’t like confrontation! The room had a note saying it was clean and sanitized;yet, I found pretzels on the floor and the shower amenities were empty. I made a reservation same-day, never got a confirmation, called back a few hours later, and thank goodness the woman who made my initial reservation remembered me and re-booked. She forgot to hit save. The full breakfast was awful.1 banana to pick from. No cereal. Donuts from a gas station. Yogurt was 3 weeks expired. So disappointing.
That was very nice. The place looks pretty clean. And it’s very close to Palo Duro Canyon. I appreciate that they allow pets.
It was very clean and convenient to Palo Duro. The lady serving the breakfast area was awesome!

Good location. Great rooms, beds, bathroom, etc. Morning breakfast was excellent. SHORT on parking spaces; way short. Fitness room was entirely too small......pool being renovated and it was a mess.
