Great place to stop to break up a long drive. My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Convenient location. Very good value for travelers.

Staff is friendly, amenities are sufficient but the over hotel could use an update.

Dirty, noisy, no elevator, poor air conditioning, and comfortable bed

If you are trying to go on vacation and enjoy a really nice hotel, this isn't the one. But if you are looking for a good place to spend the night and get some good breakfast. This place is the one, specially for the price.

When I got there, the front desk young man was too busy with another conversation. Got edgy because I asked for another key and because I asked where he told me to initial. Sometimes I don't hear well, specially if people are not talking and looking at me. Like if I had been transparent. The next day my daughter was taking a shower and the cleaning lady started knocking at doors at 8:30am. My 7 month old grandson was asleep. I was praying she didn't knock at our room but she did. Later I went to the front desk and asked the lady what was check out time. At noon. Ok, I asked, why is the cleaning lady knocking at doors at 8:30am? Usually, the front desk people know when people leave and it's then when they can clean the room. The rest leave a don't disturb sign if they don't want to be woken up all day. My daughter was taking things to the car when she heard the front desk lady bad mouthing a gentleman and me because we suggested not to knock so early. She was having this ugly conversation with a gentleman that takes care of the breakfast and with the cleaning lady, at the front entrance, in front of other clients. At the time, they didn't know they were talking about me in front of my daughter. When we checked out, my daughter confronted her and the only thing she could say was "I misspoke. I used the wrong words". My daughter is a very nice, quiet person and I have very seldom seen her so angry. I will never go to another of your hotels. You just lost many clients.

Felt everything was crammed into room. Pillows we're terrible. Breakfast was nice.

The Baymont was perfect for what we needed- location was convenient, rooms were clean, and it is nice to have breakfast included. Top it off with a friendly staff and it was great!

The hotel rooms were nice. Had reserved 2 rooms as there were 3 adults traveling. The door on my roo. Had to be slamed each time it was closed for it to latch. Not good for female traveling. The other room was located down the hall so not real close if needed help. Could hear kids right outside door. Rooms not real quiet. Even with all wrong would stay again as I have faith the door problemy will be fixed.

Everything was fine except the key card didn't work half the time. Had to have the keys redone 3 times. Had to pull on the door to make it work.

We love stopping here on our way to visit family in MO. We have a dog and love when hotels are pet friendly.

room was clean and nice, bed comfy, breakfast ok, staff friendly

Upon checking in, we found someone else's trash still in our hotel room. The bed was extremely firm, and comparable to the floor. The staff was great, and the location was fitting by the highway as we were on the road. Breakfast was ok. For what I paid, I can't really complain!

Over all the experience was good. Nice staff Clean room. All thats missing is an elevator for those of us that have problems climbing.

Had to wait at the registration desk for 10 minutes, waiting for someone to appear (no explanation or apology why the desk was un-staffed at 7pm). No elevators, stairs only to second floor. No hand soap available in room. Creepy: never saw another guest. To weeks on the road, by far the worse lodging experience.

Room was clean pool nice breakfast could have been better workout room would be nice

It was a nice pleasure to have friendly staff at check in and throughout the stay. The room was clean and was worth the price. The bed was a little hard for what I'm used too. The room was already cool which was nice. It's not the fanciest hotel but for the money it was nice. I will stay here again.

Internet was good and TV was great. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good. I will stay again.

The hotel was a little older and it shows it age in a few spots, but the staff was super friendly. rooms were clean and nice. nice location just off the highway spent 3 days there for work and i would do it again in a heart beat.

The hotel was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. We were just passing through so we did not have time for any extended experience. We plan to stay here on our return trip.

Thank you for taking time in your busy day to review our property. We are pleased that you had a good stay. We provide a late check out here at Baymont East Amarillo at noon. Most of our local hotels have an 11 am check out. If you are ever in the area again it would be our pleasure to have to stay with us again.
