I needed something inexpensive and close to airport when my flight was cancelled. The cops were driving around through the property and appeared to be looking for someone. The room smelled immensely disgusting like smoke and the shower was not properly clean.
The other guest in that hotel were up all night fighting and yelling, in & out of the rooms with the doors slamming and at one point someone was trying to kick in the door to the room next to us Manager the next morning really didn't say much or offer any help. Worse part there was no refunds available for booking.Will never stay again.
Hot water keeps running out maids sometimes don’t clean the rooms washing machine broken down
The picture they have on line makes it look like really nice rooms but they are not. Also too many people just hanging around outside at night didnt feel very safe
Toilet didn’t flush, no lamps, air conditioning not working, beer caps left on ground in front of room, dark stains on carpet. Mgr wouldn’t leave front desk to get a lamp-said maintenance couldn’t fix the toilet. Said he goes thru this every weekend! Disgusting place!

Even tho we had a reservation, we were still given a smoking room. The mattresses haven't been replaced in prob 20 years. The bedspread had burns in it. There was still a dirty wash cloth in the shower and toilet wasn't flushed. Very disappointed wroth the stay,luckily I was only there for about 5 hours.
I am afraid the motel needs to spend a little money on updating the motel. Things are pretty wore out. The worst problem though was the big bug on the bed when I turned on the light. Tried to kill it but it got away.
Hotel was basic but a Convenient location for being on the road. Simple amenities but fine for just sleeping then hitting the road the next morning.
Cheap. Stinky old room. Loud heater. Not as clean but did not see any bed bugs. Toilet not flush well poor pressure. Will choose another place if passing through again.
Good for a quick nights stay. Easy to get on and off the main higheay. Close to food and shopping.
Room was very small and noisy. Cleanliness was adequate. Staff was helpful.
We arrived tired and ready for bed, so when we opened the door to a funny smell, I was willing to overlook it. After about 5 minutes though we had already seen several cockroaches, and flies were abundant. The carpet didnt look as though it had been cleaned and there was goop on the night stand. We called and informed the front desk, who were nice enough to move us upstairs, but they were pretty nonchalant about the fact that the room had roaches and was unclean.
It was an overnight stay before heading back home,so it fit properly.
This is a no-frills hotel, but it was exactly what I needed - a place to spend one night on the road. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. There was only a shower "stall" in my room, but it worked and was clean. The hotel is right off the Interstate, so expect traffic noise, but nothing terrible or overwhelming. I would stay here again next time I'm passing through Amarillo.

Thank you for taking the time to post this. Next, You stayed again the day after you posted this review with a voucher that the manager had given to you. We are sorry for your unsatisfactory stay on the 12th but I dont understand why you would comment this way and then stay again the following day when you said you would never stay again and stay the following night with a voucher given to you by the manager
