Friendly staff and cleanliness!!!

I didn't like having to wait over 2 hours to check in because the room was not clean.

AC unit was cold but didn't blow out very much. Pillows very small, bathroom had tiles falling off, breakfast was a joke, 2 small sausages, spoon of eggs, only had apple or orange juice, coffee was cold. Front desk man was great when we arrived at 3 am

We stayed at the hotel a week ago and the experience was average. Last night, I made a reservation again, however, when we arrived I was told there was no rooms available. I showed my Orbitz reservation, with numbers and everything, and I was told it didn’t matter because there wasn’t rooms available.

The electrical issues here were disturbing. Outlets and appliances that were burnt out was the main issue. Old extension cords balled up and running every which way. All hotel room doors were glass and easy to see into rooms from the hallway, even with blinds on them. Privacy film would have been appreciated. Nice staff and clean, but definitely a disturbing stay. We slept and left as soon as possible.

None of the staff were wearing masks. They were very friendly and helpful

Decent hotel. It's looks a little sketchy but sufficient nonetheless.

Exceeded my expectations for the price i paid. They do require a $100 deposit that they give back at checkout if you don't smoke in the room. You can also pay cash for the room if needed. I'll stay here again when passing through Amarillo.

They had some kind of live string band or something in the lobby that played. They informed me, however, I was unaware they would play until midnight.

My kids liked the pool, I liked the interior set up and how we didn't have to got outside that was nice, one elevator was down, so taking two adults and two kids luggage to the third floor was a bit rough because the elevator working was a good ways from the room.

We had to move furniture around to plug in the refrigerator and the TV in our Room

Everything was satisfactory except for the television.Maintenance had to be called to program remote as the tv would not receive a ny stations.

The price was excellent and was pleasantly different atmosphere.. Dearborn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) but she was absolutely a professional.

The messed up my check in. I SPECIFICALLY called about checking in early and id there was a charge the lady told me there was not. She took my name and asked me what time i would be checking in i stated early Saturday morning, she stated that was fine. Now im trying to actually check in for the day i needed to and they are claiming that i have to pay again but a walk in rate. The lady at the front desk says she doesn't know anything and there is no manager to help me. She says i have to call orbitz to get my money back. I have been driving for over 7 hours to get here for this bs. I am very disgusted!!
