Amalfi Villa rental for twelve guests with views and pool

Like the colorful zodiac tiles found within, Villa Zodiaco is celestial in its scope yet full of lively character. Set amongst ancient green olive groves and heavenly scented pine trees, this enchanting property is conveniently located just off the main coastal road and about two miles from the sublime and charming town of Amalfi.

A remote-controlled gate on the property opens onto the parking area with space for three mid-sized cars. Villa Zodiaco, with its large indoor and outdoor areas, is a perfect Mediterranean getaway for a large family or a group of friends on holiday.

The Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms with Queen bed and shower bathroom ensuite. Two of the Queen beds can be made into twins.

Villa Zodiaco was recently renovated to provide a harmonious combination of elegance, traditional local style decor, yet offering all the modern comforts that ensure a truly unforgettable stay! Driving off the main road you enter a parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars. The villa is divided into three levels, all interconnected, and has terraces furnished with top quality, comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing or eating. Along with the main building, there is a separate annex, on the lower terrace. To complete your luxury experience there is an ultra-modern swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, and the cherry on the top is a relaxing hot tub and outdoor shower

There are 4 stylish double rooms in the main building, all tastefully furnished with attention to detail as a priority. They are spacious and bright and each has a private bathroom with shower or bath, TV, air conditioning/ heating, and windows with a sea view or a private terrace to relax on. The finishing are high quality, and bright coloured Majolica tiles give a lift, while still fitting perfectly with the elegant furniture and precious marble. The annex has an additional two double bedrooms, which can also be equipped with two single beds. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower; TV, air conditioning/ heating, and large windows to let in light and offer spectacular views, as well as access to the terrace

The entire complex offers ample, well maintained outdoor spaces on three levels, composed of terraces, gardens and a pool area with a spectacular sea view. Garden lamps set the ambiance in the evening hours for dining under the Bougainvillea pergola or for creating culinary masterpieces in the outdoor pizza oven.

The outdoor dining area is furnished with a large, marble-topped table for 12 and is accompanied by plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout the garden. The pool deck offers 12 sun chairs, large umbrellas and two showers.

The Villa overlooks the crystal clear blue sea and the entire property is surrounded by a natural landscape of breathtaking beauty, creating a unique and special haven that captivates the eye and seduces the soul. This generates an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation – the perfect getaway in other words. A place to rest, relax and regenerate, but close enough to amenities to offer whatever entertainment you wish. It is also only a short distance from the centre of Amalfi, so shopping and other needs are easily fulfilled. Perched on a rocky spur overlooking the sea, Villa Zodiaco is surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Amalfi Coast, terraced gardens slopimg down the sea and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Located along the state road, the historic center of Amalfi is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. It is also an excellent starting point for excursions to other places of the Amalfi Coast (such as Ravello, Positano, Praiano), Sorrento and the Sorrento Peninsula, Naples, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Greek temples of Paestum as well as the islands of Capri and Ischia, thanks to daily maritime connections departing from Amalfi pier.

Religion and maritime activities are central themes in the culture and history of Amalfi. As such, each is celebrated and honored through various festivals and events throughout the year. Twice a year (usually November and June), the patron saint of Amalfi, St. Andrea, is honored with the Festa di Sant\' Andrea. On her birthday in November, her statue is carried around the city in a solemn procession. June is a livelier celebration with music and fireworks, commemorating St. Andrea\'s victory over the evil pirate Barbarossa. And every spring, the city celebrates its past as a maritime republic with a Regatta of the Maritime Republics. It features people in period costumes and four perfectly recreated sea vessels, one each for Amalfi, Genoa, Pisa and Venice.
