Beautiful property. Well maintained. Service at pool and rooftop bar was lacking. Took forever to get drinks and food. View from our room was bad. Couldn’t see much besides a walll and they said they “upgraded” us. Also, at night could hear people walking around above us because we were on the lower level underneath lobby
We had a wonderful experience in our one night stay at Hotel Villa Franca. We normally do not spend this much on hotels but there were no rooms available for the 4 nights in Positano. So we stayed at one place for 3 nights and this one for the last, a splurge that was very worth it. No detail goes missed. Friendly staff. Gorgeous rooms. We even got an upgrade and our room had a stunning view and nice balcony where we enjoyed complimentary prosecco for our 10 year anniversary. Thank you so much HVF, we hope to be back!
We had a lovely honeymoon , the complimentary champagne was s nice touch , we'd definitely love to stay again and recommend the hotel highly
