Friendly and attentive staff with spacious rooms.
Staff was respectful. Room was clean. Enough towels for all. Unfortunately beds were too small and mattresses were too hard. Pillows only one per person and they were not comfy. Air/fan whatever it was worked all night long. So there was non stop sound coming out of the closet in the bedroom. In the living/kitchen area, refrigerator made sound like you have motorcycle in the room.

Great for shopping; Galleria entrance a half a block away; Marshall’s, Ross, Nordstrom outlet acrosss the street from the Galleria; TJMAXX, 1 block south. Nice restaurants surround the area. Nice buffet breakfast. Staff is friendly and efficient. Best rate of all similar suite hotels in the area. Not the Hyatt nor a Wyndham but a nice, reasonably priced place to stay.
I like the convenience and location to Galleria and nearby points of interest. Also enjoy the nice hospitality of the staff.

Bigger than avg 1 rm suite (no separate bedroom but offset so felt bigger. Roomy bathroom. Full kitchenette which wasn't expecting. Heat/cool wall unit old and noisy but worked. Fairly easy access to highways area attractions. Breakfast was free but rather limited, technically 2 entrees but really only 1 that was edible. Did not change menu between days. Coffee disappeared quickly given temps had dropped.
Didn't like: Some outlets did not work, floor uneven downstairs, need to replace weather-strips on doors, water on floor in one of the bathroom(seal need to be replaced).Like: location and workers, we would to go back to this location.
No dish soap, just a dishwasher tablet. No plastic laundry bags. Maybe I got spoiled by Hyatt House down the road but all these things came standard (during previous visits to Houston). Shower was dangerously hot. Was moved to a room that smelled of cigarettes. Had to move again. Liked that the parking was outside. Not as secure but not a hassle to leave.
